4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your S10 Pro translator. Connect the device to a power source using the provided charging cable and adapter. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge ensures optimal performance and battery life.

• Wi-Fi Connection:
  1. From the home screen, tap on the "Settings" icon.

• SIM Card Installation (Optional):

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Online Translation

For real-time translation of spoken language:

1. From the home screen, tap the "Online Translation" icon.
2. Select your source language and target language.
3. Press and hold Voice Key A (Blue) to speak in the source language. Release the button when finished.
4. Press and hold Voice Key B (Red) to speak in the target language. Release the button when finished.
5. The translated text will appear on the screen and be spoken aloud.

• Optimal Lighting for Photo Translation: Ensure good lighting when using photo translation to help the camera capture text clearly.
• Regular Updates: Check for system and language package updates regularly in the settings menu to ensure you have the latest features and improved translation accuracy.
• Offline Mode Preparation: If you anticipate being in an area without internet, ensure you have downloaded the necessary offline language packages beforehand.
• Battery Saving: To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness and close unused applications running in the background.

7. Troubleshooting

• Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is sufficiently charged. If it's unresponsive, try pressing and holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds to force a restart. If that fails, use a pin to press the Reset key.
• Translation Inaccurate/Not Working:
  • Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or SIM data) for online translation.
  • Ensure the correct source and target languages are selected.
