3. Setup
3.1. Charging the Headset

3.2. Connecting the Headset (Four Modes)
The GT836 headset supports four connection modes: USB 2.4GHz, Type-C 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and Wired. Choose the appropriate mode for your device.

3.2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (USB / Type-C)
- Plug the appropriate 2.4GHz dongle (USB or Type-C) into your device (PC, PS4/PS5, Switch, etc.).
- Power on the headset. It should automatically connect to the dongle.
- Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output/input device in your system settings.
- This mode offers low latency (≤ 30ms).
3.2.2. Bluetooth Wireless Connection
