Ports and Buttons
- A: Mini HDMI Port: For signal transmission.
- B&D: UP&DOWN Button: Short press to enter Brightness settings; Press to control the cursor in the OSD menu.
- C: Menu Button: Short press to enter the OSD menu; Long press to return to the previous menu page.

Setup Instructions
- Attach the Extender to Your Laptop:
Carefully attach the triple screen extender to the top of your laptop screen. Ensure it is securely fastened to support laptops between 13-17 inches.

- Extend the Screens:
Gently extend the side screens outwards from the central unit.

- Adjust the Stand:
Adjust the integrated stand at the back of the extender to provide stable support for the entire setup.

Connecting Your Monitor
The monitor requires both power and signal transmission. If your phone or laptop does not provide sufficient power for the 2K monitor, an external power adapter is required.
Type-C Connection
Connect using full-featured USB-C cables for both power and signal transmission to each screen.

Option 1: Dual full-featured USB-C connection for both screens.
HDMI Connection
If your device lacks full-featured USB-C ports, use a Mini HDMI cable for signal and a USB-C cable with a USB-A adapter for power to one screen. The other screen can be connected via full-featured USB-C.

Option 2: Full-featured USB-C for one screen, and HDMI + power supply for the other.

The extender supports Duplicated, Extended, and Triple Screen modes. Configure these settings on your laptop's display settings.

Portrait Mode
The screens can be rotated to portrait mode for specific applications, such as viewing long documents or code.

How to Use Your Devices' Speakers
Note: This monitor does not have built-in speakers. To play audio, please configure your laptop's sound settings to use its internal speakers.
Connect to Macbook
1. Go to System Settings > Sound.
2. Under the 'Output' tab, select your Macbook's built-in speakers.

Connect to Windows
1. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select 'Sound settings' or 'Playback devices'.
2. In the Playback tab, select your laptop's built-in speakers as the default device.

Rotate the Screen
To change the orientation of the extended screens:
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select 'Display settings' to open the Display page.
- Under the "Select and rearrange displays" section, select the monitor that you want to adjust.
- Under the "Scale and layout" section, use the 'Orientation' drop-down menu to select 'Landscape', 'Portrait', 'Landscape (flipped)', or 'Portrait (flipped)'.

Screen Adjustment (OSD Menu)
Short press the Menu button (C) to enter the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Use the UP (D) and DOWN (B) buttons to navigate. Long press the Menu button to return to the previous menu page or exit.

Troubleshooting
Why does my monitor not turn on?
- Make sure the cable you use is provided by us, or is compatible with your device and is not damaged.
- Select the correct input source, such as HDMI or Type-C.
- If you are using a Type-C signal source, please ensure the Type-C port of your device supports both power and signal transmission; and make sure the cable is connected to the monitor's second Type-C port, not the first.
- This may be caused by insufficient power supply. It is recommended to use an external power supply.
The screen flickers or goes black during use.
- It is generally caused by an insufficient power supply (below 5V/3A). The monitor requires high power support. Please use the original cable included to power the monitor or connect an external power adapter.
- The cable might be defective or damaged.
It says "no signal", what to do?
- When connecting with a USB-C cable, make sure your device supports USB3.1/Thunderbolt 3. If not, please add a Mini HDMI to HDMI cable for signal transmission.
- Please make sure to use the original cables.
- Please try another device. If it still fails, please tell us for a replacement.
- Please check that all cables are securely inserted.
- If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.
Why does my monitor turn off when I turn up the brightness?
This is caused by insufficient power supply. Ensure adequate power input, preferably using the provided power adapters.
User Tips
- Power Supply: To ensure stable performance and prevent flickering, always use the provided power adapters (5V/3A) with your monitor. Insufficient power is a common cause for display issues.
- Cable Management: Always use the dedicated USB-C and HDMI cables provided with your extender. If you experience signal issues, try swapping the HDMI cable or reversing the Type-C cable connection.
- Display Settings: For optimal display, ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports full-featured output (power and video). If not, an HDMI connection with a separate power supply is necessary.
- Power Save Mode: The monitor defaults to power save mode. Remember to manually close it when not in use, as there is no automatic save function in sleep mode.
