3.4. HDMI & Digital Audio Outputs

  • HDMI OUT: Used to transmit the Android head unit's audio and video content to external display devices (e.g., rear-seat entertainment screens) that support HDMI input.
  • SPDIF OUT & COAXIAL OUT: These are digital audio output formats designed to address line audio loss during analog audio transmission and enhance anti-interference capability, thereby improving audio fidelity.
    • For SPDIF Out: Use an optical fiber cable (not included) to connect this port to an external digital amplifier or audio system that supports SPDIF input.
    • For COAXIAL Out: Use a coaxial cable (not included) to connect this port to an external digital amplifier or audio system that supports coaxial input.

3.5. USB Ports

  • USB1 (DVR Storage): Insert a USB drive to store DVR recordings.
  • USB2/USB3 (External Storage): Use for connecting additional USB storage devices for media playback, file transfer, or firmware upgrades.

3.6. Antenna Connections

  • FM-ANT (Radio Antenna Input): Connect your vehicle's radio antenna cable to this port for proper FM/AM signal reception. Consider an amplified antenna if the signal is weak.
  • GPS Antenna: For satellite positioning and navigation.
  • 4G Antenna: For LTE cellular signal (primary).
  • 4G Sec. Antenna: For LTE signal diversity (secondary).

Antenna Installation Instruction

  1. Locate the port on the head unit labeled: GPS/4G/4G Sec. Port. Gently insert the FAKRA plug until it clicks into place securely.
  2. Positioning the antenna module: Choose a flat and unobstructed surface inside the vehicle, such as the top dashboard near the windshield. Clean the surface and peel off the adhesive on the back of the red antenna base. Firmly press and mount the antenna in place. Avoid metal obstructions above the antenna to ensure signal strength.

3.7. SIM Port (for V10G211OC)

The SIM Port connects to the 4G LTE Adapter Interface, which is an external cable enabling the installation and operation of a SIM card for network connectivity.

SIM Port Installation Instruction

  1. Locate the 4G LTE Adapter Interface cable and ensure it is securely connected to the designated port on the device.
  2. Insert your SIM card into the external SIM card slot as indicated by the slot's design or markings. Confirm the SIM card is fully inserted and locked in place.
  3. Power on the device and verify the network connection.

3.8. Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Port

This port is designed to connect the ATOTO AC-44F8 Steering Wheel Control Watch Band (Sold Separately). It provides a convenient steering control solution for vehicles that do not have built-in factory steering wheel buttons.

3.9. Power & Ignition Wiring

This wiring supplies power to the head unit and ensures it turns on/off properly with vehicle ignition.

How to Connect

  1. Connect the Chassis Ground (-) wire to the main ground wire on the original vehicle power supply. If the original vehicle connector does not have a main ground wire, connect to a clean, bare metal point on the vehicle chassis. Poor grounding may lead to noise or instability.
  2. Connect the Constant / Battery Power (+) wire to a constant 12V battery source in the vehicle. This ensures system settings and memory are retained when ignition is off.
  3. Connect the Accessory / Ignition (+) wire to the vehicle's ACC (Ignition) power source, which supplies power when the key is turned to ACC or ON position.

Note: It is recommended to follow the sequence of connecting the ground wire first, followed by the constant power wire, and finally the ignition wire. This minimizes the risk of short circuits or accidental power-related issues during the installation process.

3.10. Supplying Power to the Head Unit

Use the Android head unit's included 16-pin power cable to connect the Android head unit via the "POWER 15A port" to the corresponding original vehicle's B+ battery positive wire. (Generally, a dedicated adapter is used for installation without the need to cut original wires.)

Important Installation Reminders

  • Complete all wiring connections (speakers, antennas, cameras, USB, etc.) before plugging in the POWER 15A connector to the vehicle. This helps prevent short circuits, protects internal components, and ensures a safe system startup.
  • Before securing the head unit into the dashboard opening, ensure that all basic functions are working properly. This includes testing the speakers (audio output), screen display, camera feeds, USB connections, and other essential features. Confirming functionality before final installation helps avoid the need for disassembly and reinstallation if any issues arise.

4. Operating Instructions

The ATOTO V10G211OC runs on Android 14, providing a familiar and intuitive user experience. Navigate through the system using the touchscreen interface.

Connection and Pairing

  1. Connect the Wireless Microphone Receiver: Plug the Receiver into the "KTV Receiver Box Input Extension Cable" on your V10 head unit.
  2. Enter Pairing Mode: After powering on the microphone by pressing and holding the power button, press and hold both VOL+ and VOL- buttons for about 8 seconds until the entire LED display starts flashing. Release the buttons once flashing begins.
  3. Confirm Connection: Check that the RF indicator on the receiver remains solid red, or look for a green microphone icon on the V10 screen. Both indicate successful pairing.
  4. Test Microphone Audio: Speak into the microphone. If you hear the sound through the system, pairing is successful and the device is ready to use.

Important Note: The microphones are pre-paired at the factory. If pairing is lost (e.g., due to selecting the wrong frequency), follow these steps to re-pair. Pairing must be completed within 30 seconds after powering on.
