Setup and First Use

Initial Charging

Before using this product for the first time, please fully charge it. Use a 5V/1A charger that has passed the safety certification of a regular manufacturer to avoid damage. The charging method for the charging case is via the Type-C interface. When charging the charging case, please unplug the charging cable as soon as possible after the power is fully charged to prevent battery damage from long-term charging.

Wearing the Earphones

Gently place the earphones into the external ear canal and adjust them after insertion to a comfortable angle.

Wireless Connection (Pairing)

On Android/iOS platforms, open the charging case to automatically power on the earbuds. Then, navigate to the Wireless settings page of your mobile phone to search for and connect to the 'OHR637' device.

Operation Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case. The earbuds will turn on automatically when taken out of the case. Alternatively, press and hold either the left or right earbud for 8-10 seconds.
• Power Off: The earbuds will turn off when placed in the charging case.

Multifunction Touch Controls

The earphones feature touch controls on the function key (1) as shown in the product structure diagram.

• Playback: Press and hold the right ear for 2 seconds.
• Pause: Press and hold the right ear for 2 seconds.
• Answering/Hanging up calls: Click the right ear/left ear once.
• Rejecting incoming calls: Press and hold the left ear/right ear for 2 seconds.
• Previous/Next Track: Double-click the right ear for the previous track / double-click the left ear for the next track.
• Voice Control: Press and hold the left ear for 2 seconds.
• Low Latency Mode: 3 Click the left earbud to toggle Low Latency On/Off.
• Noise Reduction Modes: 3 Click the right earbud to cycle through Noise Reduction On, Transparent Mode, and Noise Reduction Off.

Note: This product can be connected and used with any device equipped with Wireless functionality.

Maintenance and Care

• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean this product.

• If you do not plan to use this product for a long time, please store it in a dry environment and charge the headset at least once a month to prolong its life and avoid extreme temperature and dust.
• To ensure the normal operation of the headphones, please make sure the headphones have sufficient power.

• Do not use this product in rain.
• Permanent hearing loss may occur if earphones or headphones are used at high volume for prolonged periods of time.
• When using this product with Wireless connection, please adjust the sound of the earphones to an appropriate volume to avoid hearing damage caused by long-term loud volume.
• If you use this product while engaging in activities that require concentration, you should pay attention to your own safety and the safety of others, such as when driving or cycling, on roads, construction sites, railways, or walking. You should remove your headphones or adjust the volume to ensure that you can hear the sounds around you, including alarms and warning signals.
• Please follow the relevant regulations of your region or country and use this product as required when driving.
• This product contains magnetic materials; please keep it away from electrical appliances with strong magnetic or electric fields, such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc., when using or placing the product.
• It is recommended to use this product in an environment with a temperature of -0°C~45°C. When the ambient temperature is below +5°C, battery performance may be limited.
• Do not use this product in places where it is expressly prohibited to use wireless equipment, as it may interfere with other electronic equipment or cause other dangers.
• Before approaching medical or industrial equipment or boarding a plane, please ask the local staff if they can use it.
• Please dispose of waste electronic products properly in accordance with local laws and regulations, and do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment, parts, batteries, and other household waste.
• Regarding the rechargeable headphones, please use our company's standard USB cable or the designated charging cable to charge the headphones.
• The power delivered by the charger must be between min 5 Watts and max 10 Watts in order to achieve the maximum charging speed.

User Tips

• For optimal battery life, ensure the charging case is fully charged before extended use.
• Experiment with the different noise reduction modes (Noise Reduction On, Transparent Mode, Noise Reduction Off) to find the best setting for your environment.
• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth to maintain performance and hygiene.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the case. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure 'OHR637' is visible and selected. If issues persist, try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.
• One earbud not working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close it, then open it again. Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge.
• Low volume or poor sound quality: Check your device's volume settings. Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
• Charging issues: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the charging case and a compatible 5V/1A power adapter. Check the charging case indicator light for charging status.
• Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case and taking them out again.
