Product Specifications

Setup and Initial Use

1. Initial Activation (First-time use)

The product is preset in shutdown mode upon factory shipment. Initial activation is required before first use.

• Method 1: Charge the charging case via the Type-C port to activate and power on.
• Method 2: Press and hold the multi-function button on the charging case for 8 seconds to power on.

2. Powering On/Off Earphones

• Power On: Opening the charging case will automatically turn on the earphones. To manually turn on each earphone, press and hold the touchpad for three seconds.
• Power Off: Placing the earphones in the charging case and closing the case will automatically turn them off. To manually turn off each earphone, press the touchpad five times.

Note: If the earphones are not paired with a Bluetooth device within three minutes after powering on, they will automatically power off. They will also power off after three minutes if the paired Bluetooth device moves out of the effective connection range and has not reconnected.

3. Pairing the Earphones

If you're using the earphones for the first time, remove both from the charging case. The LED on one earphone will blink white and red alternately, indicating that they are in pairing mode.

• Initial Pairing: If the earphones have not been paired with each other, they will automatically enter pairing mode when turned on. You'll hear two beeps when pairing is successful.
• Reconnection: If the earphones have been paired before, they will automatically reconnect to each other when turned on. You'll hear a beep when they connect.

4. Connecting to a Bluetooth Device

On your device (e.g., smartphone), turn on Bluetooth and choose to connect to "HTC NE27" from the list of available devices.

5. How to Put on the Earphones

The earphones are designed for open-ear wear. Gently hook them over your ears for a comfortable and secure fit.

6. AI Translation Function Setup

The AI translation function requires a dedicated app on your mobile phone.

1. Download the APP: Scan the QR code in the Quick Start Guide or search for the official app in your device's app store.
2. Login in the APP: Open the app and log in or create an account.
3. Enter the APP to connect Bluetooth: Follow the in-app instructions to connect your earphones via Bluetooth.
4. Take out the earphones to connect your mobile phone: Ensure earphones are out of the case and connected to your phone's Bluetooth.

• Answer/End Call: Tap either earphone once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earphone for two seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Tap either earphone four times.
• Earphone Night Running Light:
  • Press and hold either earphone for 2 seconds to activate Breathing Mode.
  • Press and hold again for 2 seconds to switch to Constant Light Mode.
  • Press and hold again for 2 seconds to turn off.

Charging Case Display Screen: Basic Operations

Note: The display screen turns off after 30 seconds of inactivity to protect privacy and save power.

• Activate the Display Screen:
  • Lid-Open Activation: Open the charging case lid. Display activates automatically.
  • Touch Activation: Tap the display area when the screen is off.
  • Button Activation: Single-click the multi-function button.
• Deactivate the Display Screen:
  • Auto-Deactivation: Display turns off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.
  • Manual Deactivation: Press the multi-function button once to turn off the display.

Charging Case Multi-Function Button Operations

• Single-click: Turn display on/off.
• Double-click: Switch themes (default: Kaleidoscope) in the menu interface.
• Press and hold for 2 seconds: Access system menu - [About] [Factory reset] [Reboot] [Power off].

• Home Screen Navigation:
  • Swipe right: Access the Menu Interface.

  • Volume Control: Adjust volume.
  • Sound Effect Switching: Click icon to switch between Standard, Rock, Popularity, Classic, Jazz.
  • TF Card Switching: Switch between local and mobile music sources.
• Local Playback (TF Card):
  1. Transfer songs (including lyric files) to a TF card.
  2. Tap the paired Bluetooth earbuds icon to connect.
  3. Playback activates when both earbuds and TF card connect to the charging case.
  4. Tap song title/lyrics area to access the playlist.
• Mobile Playback:
  1. Connect smartphone to the app for music control.
  2. Playback streams directly from the mobile device.
• TIKTOK Page Flipping and Like Function:

  After connecting the earphones to the mobile phone and entering TIKTOK, you can adjust the volume, switch to the previous video, switch to the next video, and give a like using the charging case.

  • Like the current video: Tap the corresponding icon.
  • Switch to the previous video: Tap the corresponding icon.
  • Switch to the next video: Tap the corresponding icon.

  Note: For iOS devices, you need to enable AssistiveTouch in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch. This function is only available for use with TIKTOK software and may have compatibility issues with certain phones.

• Camera Control:

  Open your phone's camera app and click the device button on the charging case display to take photos.

  Note: Requires Bluetooth connection to a compatible device. Only works with the device's pre-installed camera application; third-party photography apps are unsupported. Functional restrictions may occur on certain smartphone models.
• Find Headphones:

  Click the icon to find the left or right earbud when connected to the charging case. The earbud will beep continuously during location mode.

• Activate Voice Assistant:

  Click the icon to activate the voice assistant.

• Mode Selection:

  Click the corresponding icon to select Music Mode or Low-Latency Game Mode when connected to the charging case.
• Flashlight:

  Click to turn on. Click again to turn off.

• Telephone:

  Make calls and view call history through the charging case when connected. Switch between earbuds/phone or adjust call volume during calls.

• Manual Timer:

  Manually set the duration to start timing. Pause or reset during operation.
• Stopwatch:

  Click to reset. Click to start timing.

• Counter:

  Click the plus sign to count. Click reset to restart.

• Mini Games:
  • Flappy Bird: Click the screen to navigate through obstacles and maintain flight.
  • Muyu: Click to accumulate merits. Swipe right to exit.
• Calendar:

  Displays the current date. Click the screen to view the monthly calendar. Swipe up/down to browse the calendar.

• Brightness Control:

• Wallpaper Settings:

  Long press the main interface for 3 seconds to switch wallpaper styles.

How to Reset the Earphones

If the earphones fail to pair or reconnect to each other, reset them by pressing and holding both earphones simultaneously for five seconds.

Note: Resetting the earphones will clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
