Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your projector, consider the following common solutions:

  • No Power: Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected and the ON/OFF switch is in the "ON" position. Check if the battery is charged.
  • Blurred Image: Adjust the focus gear on the projector. Ensure keystone correction settings are appropriate for your projection angle.
  • No Signal (HD-IN): Verify the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the projector and the source device. Ensure the correct input source is selected on the projector.
  • Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Check that Wi-Fi/Bluetooth is enabled in settings. Ensure correct passwords are entered for Wi-Fi. For screen mirroring, confirm both devices are on the same network or connected to the projector's hotspot.
  • Overheating: Ensure the air intake and heat sink are not blocked during operation or charging. Clean dust from these areas regularly.
