1. Overview
The Yofidra 12L/14L/16L/18L/20L/25L knapsack electric sprayer is designed for labor-saving and high-efficiency spraying. It integrates European design with Chinese culture, offering safety, efficiency, novel design, unique appearance, and a streamline outline. This sprayer is suitable for pest control in crops, flowers, and gardens, as well as cleaning public places and sanitation/epidemic control for livestock and poultry houses.
Powered by a 12V/10Ah battery, this sprayer significantly reduces labor and achieves an efficiency 3 to 4 times greater than manual sprayers. It can operate continuously for up to 9 hours and spray 400-480 kg of liquid after a single full charge, consuming only 0.3 kWh of electricity. It delivers excellent atomization results.
2. Structure and Features
The sprayer consists of a barrel, a base, a battery (if included), a mini-pump, a charger (if included), a spraying system (rubber tubes, switch, spraying rod, nozzle), a strip, and castors.
Key Features:
- Ergonomic Design: Smooth and streamline appearance with a barrel ergonomically designed to imitate the human back for comfortable mounting.
- Efficient Pump: Equipped with a mini diaphragm pump that is compact, lightweight, offers high pressure, extended service life, and features a pressure protection switch for automatic pressure-limit.
- Triple Filter System: Features triple screen protection to prevent foreign matter or particles from clogging the nozzle. The screen is uniquely structured for easy dismantling and cleaning.
- Battery Protection: Includes an under-voltage alert circuit that sounds an alarm when the battery voltage drops to 10.5V, protecting the battery. The charging socket can also be used as a 12V power supply.
- Smart Charging: Comes with a special charger featuring intelligent three-section charging (constant current/constant voltage/maintenance) and protection against short-circuit, over-current, and inverse-connection. Charger indicator lamps: Red (Charging), Green (Charged/Stand-by).

3. Setup
Before first use, ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. The sprayer is designed for easy assembly.
Assembly Steps:
- Attach Shoulder Straps: Securely attach the shoulder straps to the designated points on the sprayer's backrest.
- Insert Battery: Open the battery compartment and insert the 18V-21V lithium battery. Ensure it clicks into place. The battery indicator light will show the charge level.
- Connect Hose to Spray Gun: Connect one end of the hose to the spray gun handle.
- Connect Hose to Sprayer Unit: Connect the other end of the hose to the outlet port on the sprayer unit.
- Attach Spray Bar: Connect the copper nozzle spray bar to the spray gun handle.
- Attach Nozzle: Select the desired nozzle and attach it to the end of the spray bar.

Package Contents:
The sprayer is available in different patterns based on battery inclusion:
- No Battery Set: 1X 20L sprayer, 1X Copper nozzle spray bar, 1X Filter, 1X Hose, 2X Strap, 5X Nozzle, 4X Accessories.
- With Battery Sets (e.g., 2X1.5Ah Battery, 1X3.0Ah Battery, 2X3.0Ah Battery): Includes all items from the 'No Battery Set' plus the specified battery(ies) and 1X Charger.

4. Operating Instructions
- Charge Battery: Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged before operation.
- Fill Tank: Fill the barrel with the prepared liquid through the screen and securely close the barrel cover.
- Check for Leaks: Observe the bottom of the barrel for any leakage.
- Power On: Turn on the power switch.
- Start Spraying: Clench the switch handle to start spraying. Both instant and continuous spraying are allowed.
Nozzle Selection and Use:
The sprayer is equipped with 5 replaceable nozzles to suit various applications:
- Sectorial Mist Nozzle: Produces a uniform mist, ideal for short crops and weedicide application. Spray with the wind and move in a parallel manner.
- Conical Mist Nozzle: Suitable for general pest control. Spray with the wind and move in a cross manner.
- Four-Hole Adjustable Nozzle: Best for spraying high crops and fruit trees. Be mindful that this may result in significant pesticide loss.
- Other Nozzles: Additional nozzles provide further spray pattern options.
Pressure Adjustment:
The water pressure can be easily adjusted from 0 to 80 psi using the knob located on the control panel.

Applications:

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning After Use: Thoroughly clean the unit after each use to prevent corrosion, clogging, and mixing of residual liquids. For the exterior, scrub with a dampened cloth. For the interior, fill with a small amount of water, shake, and then turn on the power to discharge.
- Battery Charging: The battery is charged before delivery, but additional charging may be required before initial use due to self-discharge during transport.
- Avoid Dry Operation: Do not operate the sprayer without water, as this may damage the diaphragm.
- Charging Duration: If the battery voltage is low (indicated by an alarm at 10.5V) or atomization is poor, timely charging is required. Connect the charger plug to the "Charging" jack without removing the battery. Each charge should last at least 8 hours.
- Charger Placement: Place the charger in a dry, well-ventilated, safe place, at least 50 cm above the ground.
- Trial Spraying: Perform trial spraying with clean water before initial use to ensure no leakage or poor atomization.
- Storage: For short-term operations, charging is not required after each use. For long-term storage, regular full discharging and recharging at half-month or monthly intervals is recommended to ensure battery service life.
- Temperature: Do not operate the sprayer in temperatures exceeding 45°C or below -10°C.
- Periodic Inspection: After six months of use, dismantle the base and check for loose screws. Tighten if necessary.
- Safety Precautions:
- Always switch off the power before storage.
- Do not keep the sprayer near fire, expose the base to water, or immerse the machine in water for cleaning or filling.
- Never spray powders or particles with this sprayer.
- Unauthorized removal of the charger's housing is prohibited.
- Do not operate with strong acid, strong base, or flammable liquids.
- Avoid using high-persistent and very toxic pesticides on vegetables, fruit trees, tea, and medical plants.
