Model: Electric Sprayer

Brand: Yofidra

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing the YOFIDRA Electric Sprayer. This manual provides essential information for the proper operation and maintenance of your sprayer. The YOFIDRA 12L/14L/16L/18L/20L/25L knapsack electric sprayer is designed for labor-saving and high-efficiency spraying. It integrates European design with Chinese culture, featuring safety, efficiency, novel design, and a unique appearance. It is suitable for pest control of crops, flowers, gardens, cleaning of public places, and sanitation/epidemic control of livestock and poultry houses. This new generation sprayer is a significant upgrade from traditional models, powered by an 18V-21V battery. It is significantly labor-saving, achieving 3 to 4 times higher efficiency than manual sprayers. It can operate continuously for up to 9 hours and spray 400-480 kg of liquid after a full charge, consuming only 0.3 kWh of electricity, and provides excellent atomization results.

  5. Nozzle Selection: Three types of nozzles are supplied to cater to your demands:
    • Sectorial Mist Nozzle: Sprays uniform mist, suitable for short crops and weedicide application. Follow the wind and move in a parallel manner on one side while spraying.
    • Conical Mist Nozzle: Suitable for pest control. Follow the wind and move in a cross manner on one side while spraying.
    • Four-Hole Adjustable Nozzle: Suitable for spraying high crops and fruit trees. Note: This may result in significant pesticide loss.

6. Maintenance and Safety Notes

6.1. General Maintenance

  • Cleaning After Use: The unit must be cleaned thoroughly after each use to avoid corrosion, clogging, and mixing of residual liquid with the next spraying liquid, which could harm crops or reduce effectiveness.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Scrub the exterior with a dampened cloth.
  • Interior Cleaning: Fill the tank with a small amount of clean water, shake it, then turn on the power to discharge the water.
  • Long-Term Storage: For long-term storage, regular full discharging and recharging at intervals of half a month to two months are required to ensure battery service life.
  • Screw Check: After six months of use, dismantle the base and check if the screws are loose. Tighten them if necessary.
  • Filter Screen: The sprayer is equipped with a double filter screen to prevent foreign objects from clogging the nozzle.

  • Never place the sprayer upside down, as the battery may be damaged.
  • For charging, a duration of at least 8 hours is required. The charger should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated, safe place over 50 cm high above the ground.
  • Trial spraying with clean water is necessary for initial use to ensure no leakage or poor atomization occurs.
  • Always wear a mask and gloves when spraying.
  • Never spray pesticides against the wind, at humans, animals, or food.
  • Avoid operating for a long time under high temperatures.
  • Do not drink alcohol immediately after spraying. Strict compliance with safety instructions of the pesticide manufacturer is required when handling pesticides.
  • Be sure to switch off the power before storage.
  • It is strictly prohibited to keep this sprayer near fire or expose the base to water or immerse the machine in water for cleaning or filling.
  • Never spray powders or particles with this sprayer.
  • Unauthorized removal of the charger's housing is prohibited.
