4. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your UGREEN Mac Mini Docking Station, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Ensure proper ventilation. The curved design of the docking station is engineered not to block the Mac Mini's cooling vents, but ensure the surrounding area is clear.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself, as this may void the warranty.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your docking station, please try the following general troubleshooting steps:
- No Power/Connectivity: Ensure the USB-C host cable is securely connected to both the docking station and your Mac Mini.
- Display Issues: Verify that your monitor cables are properly connected. Check your Mac Mini's display settings. Note that 4K@240Hz is only supported by Mac Mini M4 Pro when connected via the dock's DisplayPort.
- SSD Not Recognized: Double-check the SSD installation steps (Section 2.2). Ensure the SSD is properly seated and secured. Format the SSD if it's new.
- Slow Data Transfer: Ensure you are using compatible cables and devices that support 10Gbps speeds.
- Peripheral Not Working: Try connecting the peripheral directly to your Mac Mini to rule out an issue with the peripheral itself.
The docking station features triple security protection (Surge Protection, Timing Control, Overcurrent Protection) to ensure stable and safe operation.
