Setup Guide
- Attach the Mounting Clip: Securely attach the mounting clip to the side of a heat-resistant pot or container.
- Insert the Sous Vide Cooker: Place the SV2401C into the mounting clip, ensuring it is firmly held.
- Fill with Water: Fill the pot with water. Ensure the water level is between the "MIN" (approx. 83mm) and "MAX" (approx. 135mm) marks on the stainless steel skirt of the unit. The maximum application capacity is 12 liters.
- Connect Power: Plug the sous vide cooker into a suitable power outlet (220V-240V 50 Hz).
- Prepare Food: Place your food in a vacuum-sealed bag and immerse it completely in the water bath.
- Initial Power On: The device will power on and display the current water temperature.
APP Connection (Wi-Fi)
The SV2401C can be controlled via the BlitzHome or Tuya APP for enhanced functionality.
- Download the "BlitzHome" or "Tuya Smart" APP from your smartphone's app store.
- Register or log in to your account.
- Ensure your sous vide cooker is plugged in and powered on.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. This typically involves selecting the device type (e.g., "Kitchen Appliance" -> "Sous Vide Cooker") and connecting to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only).
- Once connected, the Wi-Fi indicator on the device will light up, and you can control it remotely.

Operating Instructions
Manual Operation (Color Touchscreen)
- Set Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target temperature. The temperature control range is 25.0–92.5°C (77.0–198.5°F).
- Set Time: Press the "Menu Selection" button to switch to time setting. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the cooking time (00:01 to 99:59 hours).
- Start Cooking: Press the "Start & Stop" button to begin the cooking process. The status light will turn red (Heating) until the target temperature is reached, then green (Insulation).
- Stop Cooking: Press the "Start & Stop" button again to pause or stop the cooking cycle.
- Temperature Unit: Use the "Setting" button to access options, including switching between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
- Calibration: The unit allows temperature calibration within a range of -10°C to +10°C to match your preferences. Access this via the "Setting" menu.
APP Control
Once connected to the BlitzHome/Tuya APP, you can:
- Remotely start, stop, and monitor the cooking process.
- Adjust temperature and time settings from your smartphone.
- Access 29 built-in recipes with pre-set temperature and time recommendations.
- Schedule delayed starts up to 24 hours in advance.
- The unit remembers Wi-Fi, calibration, and settings for convenience.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your sous vide cooker.
- Unplug and Cool Down: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean the Stainless Steel Skirt: The stainless steel portion can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For mineral deposits, a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water can be used. Run the unit in this solution for 20-30 minutes at 60°C (140°F), then rinse thoroughly.
- Clean the Top Unit: Wipe the control panel and the top part of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do NOT immerse the top unit in water.
- Storage: Store the sous vide cooker in a dry place when not in use.
