1. Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before using this device. Do not make any changes or create settings not described in this manual. Failure to follow instructions may result in physical injury, data loss, or damage, voiding product protection service.

1.1 Setup Environment

  • Do not expose the device to rain or moisture to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock. Keep liquids away.
  • Do not place this device on soft surfaces such as tablecloths or carpets, as this could be a fire hazard.
  • Avoid areas with excessive dust, dirt, or strong magnetic fields.
  • To prevent overheating, do not block or clog ventilation openings. Always leave enough space around the device for ventilation.
  • Protect from direct sunlight, heat, large temperature fluctuations, and moisture. Operating and storage temperature range: 0°F to 95°F.
  • If the device becomes hot during prolonged use, shut it down, unplug the charger, and allow it to cool before resuming operation.
  • Handle with care; avoid touching the lens. Do not allow children to operate without supervision.
  • Never place heavy or sharp objects on the device.
  • To avoid electric shock, do not disassemble the device. Only use attachments or accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  • Avoid extreme vibrations as they may damage internal components.

1.2 Important Notices

  • Use the power cord with caution to avoid undue bending. A damaged power cord may cause electric shock.
  • Use the projector with caution to avoid dropping or shocking, which may damage internal components.
  • Use the same power voltage as marked on the projector.
  • For best projection quality, use the projector in a dark room.
  • Do not disassemble the projector yourself; unauthorized disassembly voids the product protection service.
  • Do not look into the lens when the projector is working, as the bright light may damage your eyes.
  • Turn off and unplug the projector from the power supply if not using it for a long time.
  • The device operates in the 5150–5250 MHz band for indoor use only.

1.3 Hearing Safety

To avoid hearing damage, do not listen for extended periods at high volume. Set the volume to a safe level.

1.4 FCC & IC Compliance

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

To maintain compliance with RF Exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum 20cm distance between the radiator and your body. Use only the supplied antenna.

3.2 Remote Control

Bluetooth Remote Controller Pairing: Keep the Remote Controller close to the Projector, then press and hold the Left button and Right button simultaneously for three seconds to pair. Press the 'Voice input' button to bring up the matching guide.

4. Getting Started

  1. Power On: Plug the power cable into the projector. Press the power button to turn on the projector.
  2. Focus Adjustment: Use the manual focus by pressing the "Focus" button on the remote control.
  3. Positioning: Make sure the projector is positioned horizontally in relation to the projection screen.

5. Connections

5.1 Projector Interface

The projector interface allows you to connect multiple devices and applications. Regularly clean up the projector memory to ensure smoother operation.

5.2 USB Connection

Insert a USB flash drive or storage hard drive into the USB port and select "USB" as the source from the menu. The USB icon will appear on the main interface once inserted. If the icon does not appear or is not illuminated, reinsert the USB or check if the drive is malfunctioning.

5.3 Video Cable Connection

Use the Video Cable port to connect computers and other Video Cable compatible devices. Once connected, select the Video Cable signal source.

5.4 Wireless Mirroring (Android, Microsoft, AirPlay)

Ensure your mobile phone and the projector are connected to the same network.

  • Android Wireless Mirroring: Enter the Transcreen app on your mobile phone. Follow the on-screen tips to download the Transcreen app from https://transcreen.app. Search for the projector device name on your phone and click connect to share the screen.
  • Microsoft Mirroring (Miracast): Click "START" on the projector screen to enter the Microsoft mirroring interface. Follow the on-screen tips according to your phone's mirroring function to search for the device and share the screen.
  • AirPlay Mirroring: Click "Screen Mirroring" on your iPhone/iPad. Find the projector device name and share the screen.

5.5 Wired Mirroring (Android, Apple)

  • Android Wired Mirroring: Connect your Android mobile phone to the USB port of the projector using a USB cable. Upon first connection, your phone will prompt you to download the mirroring app. After installation, accept the mirroring at the pop-up window and then share the screen. You can also scan the QR code or download the app from https://transcreen.app/linedisplay.
  • Apple Wired Mirroring: Connect your iOS mobile phone to the USB port of the projector using a USB cable. After connection, input the passwords (if prompted) and then share the screen.

6. Operating Settings

6.1 App Store

In the App Store, applications can be installed with one click and used directly after installation. Our company provides applications to enable easy access for users.

6.2 Projection Settings

Navigate to Settings > Projector Setting to configure projection mode, display settings, installation mode, digital scaling, auto trapezoidal correction, and manual trapezoidal correction.

6.3 Networking Settings

Go to Settings > Networking Setting > WIFI setting. Turn WIFI "ON", select your desired WIFI ID, and input the password to connect to the internet.

6.4 Bluetooth (BT) Settings

Access Settings > BT setting. Turn BT "ON", click "Refresh Device", and choose the objective device to pair.

6.5 Language Settings

In Settings > Language Setting, you can set the language and select the input method.

6.6 Date and Time Settings

Go to Settings > Date And Time Setting to adjust the date, time, and use the 24-hour format.

6.7 Other Settings

In Settings > Other Setting, you can configure button sound, screen saver, timed shutdown, and restore factory settings.

6.8 Screen Saver

The screen saver mode will activate at the set time without any operation or playback. It can be released by pressing the power button.

6.9 About

In Settings > About, you can view the UI version, running memory, and storage space information.

7. Installation

7.1 Projector Placement

You can install the projector wherever you want. The projector can seamlessly rotate and project onto walls, ceilings, or even the floor. Enjoy an immersive viewing experience from any angle in your home.

7.2 Mounting Options

The projector can be mounted on a desktop for front or rear projection, or on a stand for front or rear projection. For both mounting and stand installation, a 1/4-inch screw can be used to connect to the screw hole interface on the bottom of the projector.

The projector can also be mounted from the ceiling using a bracket and a 1/4-inch screw (not included), or mounted on a tripod.

Notice:

  • Make sure you have a universal mounting bracket that can fit the projector.
  • This Projector does not support four-corner mount installation.

7.3 Compliance Markings

8. Maintenance

8.1 Cleaning

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use liquid, gaseous, or easily flammable cleansers (sprays, abrasives, polishes) to clean the device.
  • Do not use any liquid cleaning agents to clean the lens to avoid damaging the coating film. Use lens cleaning paper to clean the lens.

8.2 Unload The Dust Net And Clear

  1. Step 1: Pry off the bottom cover.
  2. Step 2: Clean the projector by using a cotton swab.
  3. Step 3: Reinstall the bottom cover after cleaning.

8.3 Repairs

  • Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. Only have your device repaired by an authorized service center.
  • Improper maintenance can result in injuries or damage to this device.
  • Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

9. Troubleshooting (Questions & Answers)

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common problems and solutions. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

9.1 Audio Issues

Q: Why is the projector display available but without audio?
A1: The projector or the connected device (PC, TV, etc.) is muted.
A2: The video format is not supported by the projector.
A3: For Fire Stick: Enter "Setting" and find "Display & Sound". Then select "navigation sounds". Select Stereo (or PCM) for "surround sound".
Q: Why is the projector's audio available but without display?
A1: The video format is not supported by the projector.
A2: Encryption is applied to the videos or media player holding the video.
A3: If the projector lamp is off with only audio playing, the lamp is defective. Please contact customer service for a replacement.
A4: Try another Video cable if you selected the Video Cable Input Source.
Q: Video playback is out of sync with sound and picture?
A1: The fluency of playing is related to the network; if you are connected to a Wi-Fi device, it generally has a delayed display.

9.2 Signal & Image Issues

Q: Why does the projection screen show "No Signal"?
A1: Make sure all cables are plugged correctly and firmly.
A2: Make sure you select the right Input Source. For example, if you connect with a phone, please follow the "Connections" section in the manual.
Q: How can I fix an upside-down image?
A1: Press the "Menu" button on the remote to enter the Settings. Then, select "Projection Mode". Press the "OK" button to rotate the image.

  • Blurry Image: If the image is blurry, first check if the automatic keystone correction (±45°) is functioning. If not, use the electric focus function on the remote control for clarity.
  • Network Stability: For smooth video playback and to avoid audio/video sync issues, ensure a stable network connection. Consider a wired connection if Wi-Fi performance is inconsistent.
  • Optimal Viewing: For the best projection experience, use the projector in a dark room.

12.3 Disposal Information
