6. Operating Instructions
- Prepare the Work Area: Clear the area of any obstacles and ensure good footing.
- Insert Battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely inserted into the chainsaw.
- Start the Chainsaw: To start the chainsaw, you must simultaneously press the safety lock button and the speed change button (trigger). Release the safety lock once the chain starts moving.
- Cutting: Hold the chainsaw firmly with one hand (or two for better control, especially for larger branches). Position the chain against the material to be cut and apply gentle pressure. Allow the saw to do the work.
- Observe Cutting Speed: The chainsaw can cut logs with a diameter of 15 cm in approximately 8-10 seconds, thanks to its high chain speed of up to 10.5 m/s.
- One-Handed Operation: The lightweight design (approx. 1 kg) allows for comfortable one-handed operation for smaller tasks.

7. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your chainsaw:
- Battery Charging: Charge the battery promptly after each use to avoid deep discharge, which can prevent activation. The battery features short circuit, overtemperature, overcurrent, overload, and overvoltage guards.
- Chain Tension: Regularly check and adjust the chain tension. Use the provided screwdriver to turn the screw (clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen) until the chain is appropriately taut (you should be able to pull out about three teeth).
- Chain Lubrication: Use the provided oil can to lubricate the chain regularly to reduce friction and wear.
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the chainsaw body, guide bar, and chain to remove sawdust, debris, and resin. Ensure the ventilation slots are clear for proper heat dissipation.
- Storage: Store the chainsaw and its accessories in the provided plastic case in a dry, secure place, away from children.

8. Troubleshooting
- Chainsaw not starting:
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted.
- Verify that both the safety lock and the trigger are pressed simultaneously to start.
- Check for any obstructions around the chain or motor.
- Chain is loose or too tight:
- Refer to the 'Adjust Chain Tension' step in the Setup or Maintenance section.
- Poor cutting performance:
- Check if the chain is dull and needs sharpening or replacement.
- Ensure the chain tension is correct.
- Verify the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Overheating:
- Stop operation immediately.
- Allow the chainsaw to cool down.
- Check if the heat dissipation vents are blocked and clean them if necessary.
9. User Tips
- For optimal battery life, avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
- Always keep a spare charged battery on hand for extended work sessions.
- When cutting, let the chainsaw's speed and sharpness do the work; avoid forcing it through wood.
- Regularly inspect the chain for damage or dullness to maintain cutting efficiency and safety.
- The compact size makes this chainsaw ideal for reaching tight spaces or for users who prefer a lighter tool.
