1. Getting Started
1.1 Package Contents
- 1 x SOYES A19 Pro Mini Smartphone
- 1 x Charging Cable (Type-C)
- 1 x Phone transparent protective cover
- 1 x Phone Screen Protector
1.2 Charging the Device
Use only the charging cable provided. Only a 5V adapter is supported, and the adapter is not included in the package. The power delivered by the charger must be between a minimum of 5 Watts and a maximum of 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.

If the phone has not been used for a long time and the battery has been completely discharged, it may not power on immediately. Please try charging it for more than 4 hours to activate the battery.
1.3 Inserting SIM and Memory Cards
The SOYES A19 Pro supports Dual SIM Card Dual Standby (nano SIM card). The memory card slot is shared with a SIM slot. The device supports memory expansion up to 128GB TF card.

2. Operating Your Smartphone
2.1 Basic Operation
The SOYES A19 Pro runs on Android 10, offering a pure system experience. It supports multiple languages including English (default), Indonesian, Malaysian, German, Spanish, Filipino, French, Italian, Persian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Indian, Thai, Cambodian, and Myanmar.

2.2 Security Features
The device supports Face Recognition for quick and secure unlocking. Other unlock options include Password and Pattern unlock.

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
3.1 Force Shutdown
To force a shutdown, insert the SIM ejection pin into the small side hole on the device.
3.2 Factory Reset
If settings are incorrect and you are unsure how to restore them, you can perform a factory reset:
- Go to Settings.
- Select System.
- Choose Advanced.
- Tap Reset Options.
- Select Factory Reset.
3.3 Resetting Mobile Phone Password
To reset the mobile phone password:
- Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously during startup.
- Enter factory mode.
- Select Erase EMMC.
- Restart the device.
3.4 Operating Conditions
- Operating Temperature Range: 5 - 45°C.
- Signal Strength: When using the mobile phone in an area with poor signal, it will consume more power, thus shortening the battery life.

5. User Tips
- Optimize Battery Life: In areas with weak signal, your phone will consume more power. To conserve battery, consider enabling airplane mode or limiting background app usage when signal is consistently poor.
- Initial Charge: For optimal battery health, ensure the first charge is at least 4 hours, especially if the phone has been stored for a long time.
- Regular Backups: Periodically back up your important data to prevent loss in case of unexpected issues or a factory reset.
- Software Updates: Keep your Android 10 system updated to benefit from the latest security patches and performance improvements.
6. Regulatory Information (FCC Warning)
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
