1. Introduction

The SOYES A19 Pro is a compact and portable mini smartphone designed for ease of use and efficient performance. 2. Setup

2.1 Charging the Device

To charge your SOYES A19 Pro, use the charging cable provided. Only a 5V adapter is supported, and the adapter itself is not included with the phone. The charging interface is Type-C.

  • Ensure the power delivered by the charger is between a minimum of 5 Watts and a maximum of 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.
  • If the phone has not been used for a long time and the battery is completely discharged, please charge it for more than 4 hours to activate the battery before attempting to power it on.

The SOYES A19 Pro supports Dual SIM Card Dual Standby using nano SIM cards. The memory card slot is shared with one of the SIM slots, allowing for memory expansion up to 128GB via a TF card.

  • To insert or remove SIM/memory cards, you may need to force a shutdown of the device. Insert the SIM ejection pin into the small side hole to open the tray.

5.1 Factory Reset
