- Assemble the steel frame according to the diagrams in the included instruction manual. The interlocking design allows for quick assembly without screws.
- Insert the MDF shelves into the designated slots on the frame.
- Adjust the height of each shelf as needed. Shelves can be adjusted every 3 cm to accommodate items of various sizes.

Operation
To ensure the longevity and stability of your storage rack, please adhere to the following operational guidelines:
- Load Distribution: Always distribute items evenly across the shelves. Concentrating heavy loads in one area can compromise stability and lead to damage.
- Weight Limits: Each individual shelf has a maximum static load capacity of 130 kg (286 lbs). The total static load capacity for one assembled 5-shelf unit is 650 kg (1433 lbs). Do not exceed these limits.
- Adjustable Shelves: Utilize the adjustable shelf feature to customize storage space for items of varying heights. Ensure shelves are securely locked into place after adjustment.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will help preserve the condition and functionality of your storage rack:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the steel frame and MDF shelves with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the powder-coated finish or MDF.
- Environment: Do not place the storage shelves in a damp or excessively humid environment. While the steel frame has a rust-resistant powder coating, prolonged exposure to moisture can affect the MDF panels.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all connections and the wall attachment (tilt protection) to ensure they remain secure. Tighten any loose components as necessary.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Rack feels unstable or wobbly. | Not properly secured to the wall; uneven load distribution; loose connections. | Ensure the rack is securely attached to the wall using the provided tilt protection. Redistribute items evenly on shelves. Check and tighten all interlocking connections. |
| Shelf appears to be sagging or damaged. | Exceeded maximum load capacity for an individual shelf or uneven weight distribution. | Reduce the weight on the affected shelf. Ensure weight is distributed evenly. Verify that the reinforced crossbar is correctly installed under the shelf. |
| Difficulty adjusting shelf height. | Shelf not properly disengaged from slots; obstruction. | Ensure the shelf is completely empty before attempting to adjust. Gently lift and pull the shelf out of its current slots before repositioning. |

- Modular Design: Remember that each rack can be split into two smaller units. This is particularly useful if you need a lower workbench with storage or two separate smaller shelving units for different areas.
- Corner Placement: For optimal stability and space utilization, consider placing the rack in a corner or against a solid wall, always using the tilt protection.
