  • CAUTION: Avoid using cleaning sprays directly on the device as they may affect mechanical parts. Do not use hard cloths or volatile liquids (such as thinner or alcohol) to wipe the panel, as this may scratch the surface or erase characters.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, first refer to the relevant sections in this manual for operational guidance. Many common problems can be resolved by correctly following the instructions or adjusting settings.

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the car key is in the ACC position and the car battery has sufficient charge. Check all power connections.
  • No sound: Check volume settings, ensure mute is off, and verify speaker connections.
  • Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the device and your phone, and that the devices are within range and correctly paired. Try unpairing and re-pairing.
  • Navigation not working: Ensure the GPS antenna is properly connected and the vehicle is in an open area with clear satellite signal reception. Check navigation settings and map updates.
  • Touch screen unresponsive: Try restarting the device. If the issue persists, a factory reset might be necessary (note: this will erase data).
  • System sluggishness: Close unnecessary background applications via the Task Manager. Consider a factory reset if performance issues persist.

For persistent issues not covered here, it is recommended to seek assistance from professional personnel or contact customer support.
