Setup Instructions

Your NAVIFORCE NF7137 watch comes with four main buttons: LIGHT, MODE, ST/STP, and RESET. These buttons control all watch functions.

1. Setting Time and Date:

   • Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is activated (usually indicated by flashing digits).
   • Use the RESET button to cycle through the settings (hours, minutes, year, month, day).
   • Use the ST/STP button to adjust the selected value.
   • Once all settings are correct, press MODE again to exit the setting mode.

2. Setting Alarm:

   • Press MODE until you reach the alarm setting screen.
   • Use RESET to select hours or minutes.
   • Use ST/STP to adjust the alarm time.
   • Press MODE to confirm and exit.
   • To activate/deactivate the alarm, press ST/STP while in the alarm display mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Time and Calendar Display:

   In normal time mode, the watch displays the current time. Pressing the MODE button will cycle through different display modes such as alarm, stopwatch, and date/week display.

2. Using the Backlight:

   • Press ST/STP to start and stop the stopwatch.
