The AI Voice Robot is an intelligent device powered by natural language processing and large-scale model technology. Designed for daily companionship, basic information queries, multilingual practice, and voice control functions, it offers a new AI communication and interaction experience.

This adorable AI companion recognizes your emotions, speaks over 60 languages, and answers a wide range of questions, making it a perfect assistant for learning, daily communication, and emotional support.

3. Setup and Configuration

3.1. Key Introduction

  • Power: Back lever switch.
  • Switch Status (Listening/Standby): Short press the function key.
  • Enter Distribution Mode: Long press the function key.

3.2. Wi-Fi Network Configuration

  1. First Use: The device will automatically enter distribution mode on the first startup.
  2. Connect Phone to Device Hotspot: Connect your phone to the device's hotspot (e.g., "Xiaotu-XXXX").
  3. Device Wi-Fi Connection: After connecting to the device hotspot, a new window will appear. Select an available Wi-Fi network and enter the password to confirm. Alternatively, connect to a hotspot and enter http://192.168.4.1 in your browser. (Note: Keep the hotspot connected and don't switch Wi-Fi.)
  4. Fill in Wi-Fi Details: Click to select the available Wi-Fi input, enter the Wi-Fi password, and click "Connect." The device will display "Done" and restart automatically upon success. If the connection fails, check the Wi-Fi password or restart the device. (Note: Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported; 5GHz is not supported. Enable "Maximum Compatibility" on iPhone hotspots.)

3.3. Account Registration and Agent Configuration

  1. Visit Platform Website: Go to platform.samewayai.com:12401. Register a user account and log in.
  2. Create an Agent: Enter an agent name, select a language, preference pattern, tone, enable short-term memory, and enter a role description. Click to save.
  3. Bind Device to Agent: Click the device button in the agent card, then click "Add device." Enter the 6-digit verification code announced by the device.
  4. Restart Device: The device automatically syncs agent configuration after binding.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Interaction Modes

The device supports two interaction modes, which can be switched via voice commands:

  • "Press-and-Hold to Speak" Mode: Suitable for long conversations or input in noisy environments, offering more stability.
  • "Tap-to-Speak" Mode: More convenient for short conversations or input in quiet environments.

To switch modes, use voice commands like "Switch to Press-and-Hold to Speak mode" or "Switch to Tap-to-Speak mode."

4.2. Basic Commands (Tap-to-Speak Mode)

In Tap-to-Speak mode, you can use simple commands:

Switch to long-press to speak mode using the voice command "switch to long-press to speak mode" for more complex interactions:

  • Explaining Complex Concepts: "What exactly is artificial intelligence? Is it like the robots in cartoons, with emotions? How does it learn things? Could it one day become smarter than teachers?"
  • Questioning Depth of Reasoning: "If tomorrow morning, everyone in the world suddenly had different superpowers – some could fly, some could become invisible, some could read minds – what would our schools be like? Could teachers still conduct classes normally?"
  • Analyzing Multidimensional Problems: "I've made many friends at school. If I plan to choose one person to be my best friend, how should I choose? Should I choose a friend who is helpful to me, or someone who makes me the happiest?"

  • Charging: Avoid high-power chargers; a 5V 1A adapter is recommended.
  • Normal Operation: The operating temperature of the device chip ranges from 40°C to 65°C, and slight heating is a normal phenomenon.
  • Memory Card: Ensure the memory card is formatted as FAT32 for local conversation memory and audio playback.
  • Software Updates: Keep your network connection stable for OTA updates.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. General Issues

  • Voice Control Failure: If voice control temporarily fails, try restarting the device.
  • Wi-Fi Connection Issues: If the Wi-Fi connection fails, double-check the password or restart the device. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network; 5GHz is not supported.
  • Network Stability: To ensure normal operation, keep your network connection stable.
  • Speech Recognition Accuracy: Noisy environments may affect the accuracy of speech recognition.

7.2. OTA Upgrade Issues

  • During Upgrade: The device screen displays progress during the upgrade. Do not power off or shut down the device.
  • Product Issues Post-Upgrade: If you encounter any product issues, please email Pr@samewayai.com. The technical team will resolve them via OTA updates within 7 days.

8. AI Limitations (Illusion Explanation)

Due to the inherent limitations of large language models, the AI may exhibit the following 'hallucinations':

  • Inaccurate or Fabricated Information: The AI may provide information that sounds reasonable but is not true.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Answers: The AI cannot guarantee that content is completely correct and may automatically complete incorrect answers in ambiguous scenarios.

9. User Tips

  • Language Flexibility: While you choose a primary language during setup, the device supports over 60 spoken languages and 10 interface languages. You can often switch or use mixed-language input during conversations.
  • Arabic Language Support: Yes, the device supports Arabic, among many other languages.
  • Bulgarian Language Support: Yes, Bulgarian is among the supported languages.
  • Version Choice: Consider the Standard Version for immediate use, or the Custom Version if you prefer to configure all AI agent settings and languages yourself.

10. Warranty and Support

10.1. Warranty Policy

  • The warranty covers non-human-induced damage for one year from the purchase date.
  • Please provide invoices/receipts and warranty cards for claims.

The warranty does not cover:
