7. Troubleshooting

No Sound:
  • Ensure the cable is securely connected to both the earphones and the audio source.
  • Check the volume level on your connected device.
  • Test the earphones with another device to rule out a device-specific issue.
  • Verify that the correct audio output device is selected in your device's sound settings.
Poor Sound Quality:
  • Ensure ear tips are properly seated and provide a good seal in your ear canal. Try different sized ear tips.
  • Check the audio source for quality issues.
  • Inspect the cable for any damage or loose connections.
Microphone Not Working:
  • Ensure the cable with the microphone is correctly attached and fully inserted.
  • Check if the microphone is muted via a physical switch on the cable (if present) or in your device's settings.
  • Verify that the correct microphone input device is selected in your device's sound settings.
  • Test the microphone with another application or device.
Earphones Uncomfortable or Falling Out:
  • Experiment with different sizes of ear tips (L, M, S) to find the best fit.
  • Ensure the over-ear hook is correctly positioned behind your ear for stability.

8. User Tips

  • Optimal Fit: A proper seal from the ear tips is crucial for maximizing bass response and overall sound isolation. Take time to find the best size for your ears.
  • Cable Management: The detachable cable allows for easy replacement and upgrades. Consider purchasing a compatible upgrade cable if you desire different features or materials.
  • DSP Modes (Type-C): If you have the Type-C version, experiment with the different DSP EQ modes (Music, Footstep Enhancement, Exclusive Tuning, Spatial Audio) to find the best audio profile for your current activity, whether it's gaming, listening to music, or watching videos.
