  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Charge the device when the battery level is low.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the soldering iron in its provided storage box in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the tip is clean and cooled down before storage.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a Type-C charger and check the display.
  • Soldering iron not heating: Check if the device is powered on and the temperature is set correctly. Ensure the soldering tip is properly installed.
  • Poor solder joints: Clean the soldering tip. Ensure the temperature setting is appropriate for the solder and components being used.
  • Battery draining quickly: Ensure the device is fully charged before use. The battery life is approximately 20 minutes of continuous use. Consider using it while charging for longer tasks.

8. User Tips

  • Quick Heating: This soldering iron heats up quickly, so be ready to work shortly after powering it on.
  • Versatile Tips: Utilize the different soldering tips (Round Pointed, Horseshoe Head, Cutter Head) for various tasks. The pointed tip is great for fine work, while the chisel/horseshoe head is good for larger pads.
  • Precise Temperature: The digital display allows for precise temperature control, which is crucial for working with different types of solder and sensitive electronic components.
  • Portable Power: For extended use away from wall outlets, consider carrying a portable power bank to charge the soldering iron via its Type-C port.
  • Use While Charging: Don't hesitate to use the soldering iron while it's plugged in and charging for tasks that require more than 20 minutes of continuous operation.
