Setup and Code Duplication
This remote control is designed to duplicate codes from existing 433Mhz remote controls. Follow these steps carefully to program your new remote.

1. Erase Existing Codes (Clearance)
Before duplicating, you must clear any existing codes from the duplicator remote.
- Press and hold button "A" and button "B" simultaneously until the LED light flashes 3 times.
- Release button "B" while continuing to hold button "A".
- While still holding button "A", press button "B" three times. The LED light will flash rapidly.
- Release button "A". The code clearance is now complete.
Compatible Chips for Duplication:
- 2260 (all manufacturers)
- 2262 (all manufacturers)
- PT2264/2240/5326 (all manufacturers)
- SC5262, HT600/HT6P20B/HT6P20D/HT680/HT6207/HT6010/HT6012/HT6014, SMC918 Series
- 527 (all manufacturers)
- 1527 (all manufacturers)
- 2240 (all manufacturers)
- HCS101/200/201 (parts of code)
- HCS300/301 (parts of code)
- Single chip microcomputer parts
2. Duplicating Codes
To copy a code from your original remote control to the duplicator:
- Place the duplicator remote control next to the original remote control, ensuring they are as close as possible.
- Press and hold the desired button (e.g., "A") on the duplicator remote. The LED light will flash twice, indicating it has entered duplication mode.
- While still holding the duplicator button, press and hold the corresponding button on the original remote control (e.g., "A").
- Continue holding both buttons until the LED light on the duplicator remote stays lit continuously.
- Release both buttons. The code for that button is now copied. Repeat this process for any other buttons you wish to duplicate.
3. Resume Codes (Recovery)
If you accidentally clear codes or wish to revert to the last successfully copied codes (provided no new codes have been copied since):
- Press and hold button "C" and button "D" simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- The LED light will flash.
- Release all buttons. All buttons will revert to the last copied codes.
Operating Instructions
Once the remote control is programmed, its operation is straightforward:
- Button Functionality: Each button on the remote (e.g., A, B, ON, OFF, Lock, Unlock) will now perform the function of the button it was programmed from on your original remote.
- Activation: Press the desired button to send the corresponding signal to your receiver module or device.
- LED Indicator: The LED light on the remote will illuminate briefly when a button is pressed, indicating that a signal is being transmitted.
Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: The remote control operates on DC6V. If the remote's range decreases significantly or the LED indicator fails to light up, it may be time to replace the battery. Refer to the back of the remote for battery type and replacement instructions (typically involves opening the casing with a small screwdriver).
- Cleaning: Clean the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the remote in a dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
- Remote not working after programming:
- Ensure the original remote is working correctly.
- Repeat the "Erase Existing Codes" and "Duplicating Codes" steps carefully. Ensure the remotes are very close during duplication.
- Check the battery in the duplicator remote.
- Verify that the original remote uses a compatible chip type (refer to the list in the Setup section).
- Short operating range:
- Replace the battery in the remote control.
- Ensure there are no major obstructions (e.g., thick walls, metal objects) between the remote and the receiver.
- Avoid using the remote near strong sources of electromagnetic interference.
- LED does not light up:
- Check or replace the battery.
- Ensure buttons are pressed firmly.
User Tips
- For best duplication results, perform the copying process in a quiet area away from other RF devices.
- Some complex rolling code remotes may not be compatible with this duplicator. This device is primarily for fixed code and learning code remotes with the listed compatible chips.
- Always test the duplicated remote thoroughly after programming to ensure all functions work as expected.
