Both versions are available for AC/DC 9-30V and AC 85-250V power inputs.

4. Setup Guide
4.1 Pre-Use Checklist
Before proceeding with installation and setup, please verify the following:
- Ensure your phone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported at the moment).
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
- For Android devices, ensure the system version is at least 4.0.
- For Apple devices, ensure access to the App Store.
- If your wireless router has MAC address filtering enabled, temporarily disable it or add the device's MAC address to the allowed list.
4.2 App Download
To control your device via Wi-Fi, you need to download the companion app:
- Search for "Graffiti Intelligence" or "Smart Life" in your device's app store (Apple Store, Google Play, etc.).
- Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the physical manual to download the app.
- If prompted for permission requests during installation, please select 'Allow'.
- Register an account and log in to the Graffiti Smart APP (or Smart Life APP).
4.3 Device Installation and Wiring
Important: Ensure the device is in a power-off state before starting any wiring. Live installation is strictly prohibited.
- Power Input Selector (PIS): This receiver can work at AC/DC 9V~30V or AC 85-250V. It's important to set the PIS according to your power input. If the input is greater than 24V, shorten pins 2 & 3. If the input is less than 24V, shorten pins 1 & 2.
- Connect the device power supply according to the chosen voltage version.
- Connect the output terminals (OUT1, OUT2) to your motor or controller as required.
- Connect the antenna (ANT) for RF functionality.

4.4 Reset Device
If the device is already powered on and the network indicator light is not flashing twice per second, you may need to reset it:
- Power on the device.
- Press and hold the reset button for about 6 seconds until the network indicator light flashes rapidly (2 flashes per second). This indicates the device is in pairing mode.

4.5 Add Device to App (Wi-Fi Pairing)
- Open the Graffiti Smart APP or Smart Life APP.
- Click the "+" icon to add a device.
- Wait for a few seconds; the app should prompt you to find the device. Select "Add".
- Select your 2.4G Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- After successful addition, name your device to complete the setup.
- After completing the wiring and power-on, the device will default to 'off' for incoming calls. You can change this setting (on or off) within the app.
5. Operation
5.1 Using the Device
- When the network indicator blinks steadily, the device is ready for remote control.
- On the app's home screen, tap the switch icon to turn the device on or off. The app will display the current status in real-time.
- For Bluetooth control, the switch will automatically connect when the device is disconnected from Wi-Fi.

5.2 App Function Settings
To access advanced settings:
- Click the device name in the app to enter function settings.
- You can turn the device on/off or manage multiple devices simultaneously.
- Available settings include:
- Custom Name/Offline/Reminder/Shared Device/Device Upgrade/Remove Device
- Timer: Set countdown timing, loop timing, random timing, and jog switch timing.
- Power on status setting: Define device state (Power off, Power on, Power off memory) when power is restored.
- Switch type setting: Choose between Shift switch - Flip switch / Off shift switch - status synchronization / Button type switch.
- Interlock setting: Ensures only one channel is active at a time (others automatically turn off).
- RF remote control setting (see section 5.3).

5.3 RF Remote Control Settings
The receiver can be paired with up to 400 remote controls.
5.3.1 Pairing a Remote Control
- OUT1 Channel Coding: Press the learning button S1 once. Then, repeatedly press the button on your remote control. The indicator light will flash, indicating successful learning for the OUT1 channel.
- OUT2 Channel Coding: Press the learning button S2 once. Then, repeatedly press the button on your remote control. The indicator light will flash, indicating successful learning for the OUT2 channel.
5.3.2 Clearing Remote Control Codes
- OUT1 Channel Clear Code: Long press the learning button S1 or S2 (any one key). The indicator light flashes, indicating successful code clearing of the OUT1 channel.
- OUT2 Channel Clear Code: Long press the learning button S1 or S2 (any one key). The indicator light flashes, indicating successful code clearing of the OUT2 channel.
Note: Erasing all data from the memory card: Press and hold either learn button. The LED will start to flash. Keep this button pressed until the LED turns off. All saved data in the memory card will be erased permanently and cannot be recovered.

Important: This product is not compatible with 433MHz remote controls for the specific models listed above. Please ensure your original remote control model is on our compatibility list.

9. Troubleshooting
9.1 Device Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The device does not support 5GHz networks.
- Check if your phone's Bluetooth is enabled during the pairing process.
- Verify that the Wi-Fi password entered in the app is correct.
- Make sure the device is in pairing mode (network indicator flashing rapidly). If not, perform a reset.
- Temporarily disable MAC address filtering on your router if it's enabled.
- Ensure the device is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
9.2 Remote Control Not Working
- Verify that the remote control model is listed as compatible with the receiver.
- Ensure the remote control has working batteries (if applicable).
- Check the DIP switch settings on the receiver to match the brand and frequency of your remote control.
- Repeat the pairing process carefully, ensuring the indicator light flashes as described.
- If you have multiple remotes, ensure you are not exceeding the maximum capacity of 400 remotes.
9.3 App Control Issues
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure the device is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.
- Update the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app to the latest version.
- If the app shows an incorrect status, try refreshing the device status in the app.
