4. Assembly Instructions
The UPlee G73 Electric Bike is partially pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

Step 1: Unpacking
Carefully remove all parts from the carton and lay them out. Inspect for any damage during transit.

Step 2: Front Wheel Installation
Insert the front wheel into the front fork slot. Ensure the disc brake aligns correctly with the caliper.

Step 3: Secure Front Wheel
Place the gaskets into the grooves on both sides of the front fork. Then, tighten the nuts on both sides to secure the wheel firmly.

Step 4: Handlebar Connector Adjustment
Adjust the handlebar connector so it faces directly forward, aligning with the front wheel.

Step 5: Handlebar Installation
Insert the handlebar into the connector. Screw up all screws, then adjust the handlebar to a comfortable angle and tighten all screws securely.

Step 6: Saddle Installation
Install the saddle onto the seat post.

Step 7: Seat Post Installation
Insert the seat post into the seat post clamp on the bike frame. Adjust the height to your preference and then lock the buckle securely. Ensure the seat clamp bolt(s) are evenly tightened according to torque specifications to avoid stripping.

Step 8: Pedal Installation
Identify the pedals: the right pedal is marked with "R" and the left pedal with "L". The right pedal has counter-clockwise threads, so tighten it by turning clockwise. The left pedal has clockwise threads, so tighten it by turning counter-clockwise. Ensure they are tightened firmly.

Install the front and rear mudguards onto the designated mounting points on the bike frame.

Place the battery box onto its stand on the bike frame. Turn the key to lock it securely in place.
