9. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Laser lines are blinking and beeping. The laser level is out of its self-leveling range (±4°).Place the laser level on a more level surface or adjust its position until it is within the self-leveling range.
Laser lines are dim or not visible outdoors.Strong sunlight interferes with laser visibility.Activate Pulse Mode and use a compatible Huepar laser receiver (LR-8RG / LR-6RG / LR-5RG) to detect the laser lines. Work in shaded areas if possible.
Laser level does not power on.Battery is low or not properly installed; pendulum lock is engaged.Ensure the battery is charged and correctly inserted. Unlock the pendulum. If using direct power, ensure the Type-C cable is connected securely.
Remote control is not working.Remote control battery is dead or out of range.Replace the remote control battery. Ensure you are within the 33ft operating range of the remote.

10. User Tips

  • For optimal accuracy, allow the laser level a few seconds to self-level after placement.
  • When working on large projects or outdoors, using a laser receiver in Pulse Mode significantly extends the working range and improves visibility.
  • Utilize the fine-tuning bracket and rotary base for micro-adjustments to achieve perfect alignment without moving the main unit.
  • Always lock the pendulum before transporting the device to prevent damage to the internal components.
