Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Formill QK530 Magnetic Rowing Machine:

  1. Attach Stabilizers: Secure the front and middle stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and nuts.
  2. Install Guide Rails: Connect the two guide rails to the main frame.
  3. Mount Seat: Slide the seat onto the guide rails. Ensure it moves smoothly.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Adjusting Resistance
