3. Product Overview
The Ourlife MTR40 features a compact design with a 2.0-inch IPS touch screen for easy navigation. It includes essential buttons for power, mode selection, and recording, along with ports for charging and external accessories.


4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
- Insert the 1050mAh battery, ensuring the contacts align correctly.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2. Memory Card Installation
The camera supports Micro SDHC/TF cards up to 128GB (U3 recommended).
- Locate the memory card slot on the side of the camera.
- Insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the card until it pops out.
4.3. Charging the Battery
Connect the camera to a USB power source using the provided Type-C USB cable. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

5.1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds until the camera shuts down.

- Switch Modes: Press the Power/Mode button repeatedly to cycle through Video, Photo, and other modes.
- Start/Stop Recording/Capture Photo: Press the Shutter/OK button.

5.3. Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS)
The MTR40 features 6-axis EIS for smooth and steady videos, supporting resolutions up to 4K@60fps/30fps, 2.7K@60fps/30fps, 1080P@60fps/30fps, and 720P@60fps/30fps. Enable EIS in the camera settings for enhanced stability.

5.4. Digital Zoom
The camera supports 5X digital zoom. Tap the screen or use the zoom controls to adjust the magnification from 1X to 5X.
