2. Precautions
- Environmental Conditions: Keep this product away from strong electromagnetic environments. Avoid excessively damp, smoky, or dusty conditions.
- Water Exposure: Do not submerge this device in water. Avoid using any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the product.
- Physical Handling: Do not apply excessive pressure or squeeze the product forcefully. Avoid sudden vibrations or impacts to the product.
- Hearing Protection: Before using headphones, reduce the volume first. Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level while listening. To protect your hearing, avoid prolonged use at high volumes. If tinnitus occurs, lower the volume or stop using the device immediately.
- Child Safety: Store the product securely to prevent accidental access by children, which could lead to drops or injuries.
- Usage Restrictions: Do not use headphones while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring awareness of external sounds.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Users are strictly prohibited from repairing or disassembling the product themselves; otherwise, the company cannot provide normal after-sales service.
3. Setup and Charging
3.1. Battery Charging Precautions
- This device uses a rechargeable polymer lithium-ion battery.
- Battery replacement must be performed by authorized professionals only. Improper battery replacement poses an explosion risk.
- Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight, fire, or other high-temperature environments.
3.2. Charging Instructions
Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. The device takes approximately 2-3 hours to fully charge under normal conditions.
- Check Battery Level: After powering on, verify the remaining battery capacity. If critically low, charge immediately. A low battery warning will display, followed by automatic shutdown, when the system enters low-power mode.
- Charging via Adapter:
- Plug one end of the USB cable into a 5VDC/1A power adapter (meeting national standards and CCC certification) and the other end into the player's USB (Type-C) port.
- The device will fully charge in approximately 2–3 hours.
- Charging via Computer USB:
- Insert one end of the USB cable into a computer's USB port and connect the other end to the player's USB (Type-C) port.
- The player can function as a mobile disk drive while connected.
- Note: Charging time via a PC USB interface may be longer than using an adapter due to varying current output capabilities.
Recommendation: Charge the device while powered off to accelerate charging.
Safety Notice: During charging, slight warming of the charger and player is a normal phenomenon.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power Button
- Power On/Off: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to power off.
- Screen Toggle: Short press to toggle the screen on/off.
- Auto-Shutdown: The device will auto-shutdown if idle beyond the set timeout period (Note: This function is disabled during PC connection or charging).
5.2. Record/Save Switch

- Start Recording: Slide the switch left to enter recording mode. The device will auto-power on to record if it's off.
- Save Recording: Slide the switch right to save the recording and activate playback mode.
5.3. Wired Control Buttons (Earphone Remote)
- Play/Pause Button:
- In menu interface: Short press to confirm.
- In playback mode: Short press to pause/resume.
- Long press to navigate back to the previous menu level.
- Previous Track Button:
- In playback mode: Short press to skip to the previous track; long press for fast rewind.
- In menu or adjustment interface: Short press to cycle through options.
- Next Track Button:
- In playback mode: Short press to skip to the next track; long press for fast forward.
- In menu or adjustment interface: Short press to cycle through options.
- Volume Up Key:
- Short press to enter volume adjustment; short press again to increase volume by one level; long press for rapid volume increase.
- In playback or file list interfaces: Long press to enter the menu interface.
- In adjustment interface: Short press to increment the value by one.
- Volume Down Key:
- Short press to enter volume adjustment; short press again to decrease volume by one level; long press for rapid volume decrease.
- In adjustment interface: Short press to decrement the value by one.
5.4. Menu Navigation
In the main interface, use the up/down track keys to switch between music playback, recording, folder, and settings menus. Short press the play button to enter the menu system.
5.5. Music Functions
The music menu displays the following options:
- All Songs: Displays all tracks for playback selection.
- Playlists: Shows available playlist options.
- Create Playlist: Updates to display all songs for playlist creation.
- Last Played: Navigates to the interface of the most recently played music.
- Music Playback Menu Access: In the playback interface, long press the Volume + Key to enter the music menu. Options include:
- Playback Mode (Repeat Off, Single Track Repeat, Full Repeat, Random Playback)
- Review Settings (Set repetitions and interval, A-B loop)
- Variable Speed Playback (Adjust speed between +8% to -8%, MP3 format only)
- Add to Playlist (Playlist 1-3)
- Delete from Playlist
- Clear All
5.6. Recording Functions

The recording menu offers the following options:
- Recording Library: Displays all recorded files.
- Bitrate Settings: Choose from 32 kbps, 192 kbps, 512 kbps, 768 kbps, 1024 kbps, 1536 kbps.
- Voice-Activated Settings:
- Toggle voice-activated recording on/off.
- Adjust sensitivity level (1-7, higher values = more sensitive).
- Records when sound is detected; pauses when silent, saving storage space.
- Recording Monitoring: Plug in headphones to listen to the audio being recorded in real-time.
- Recording Split:
- Save files automatically every 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
- Alternatively, record continuously with files split every 2GB.
- Scheduled Recording: Auto-start recording at a preset time.
- Noise Reduction Switch: Enable or disable noise reduction functionality.
5.7. Folder Management
Entering the folder function displays all files stored in memory.
5.8. Settings
The settings menu includes:
- Language: Choose from multiple languages for display.
- Date and Time: Set the time and date.
- Display Settings: Adjust backlight brightness and auto-shutoff time.
- Power Saving Shutdown: Set auto-shutdown time (max. 99 minutes). "00 minutes" disables the feature.
- Scheduled Shutdown: Set a timer to shut down the device (max. 99 minutes). "00 minutes" disables the feature.
- Password Settings:
- Enable password protection to lock the device.
- Initial password: 0000.
- Use up/down track keys to navigate options and volume up/down keys to adjust values in the password input interface.
- Device Information: View player details and specifications.
- Format Device: Erase all data and format the internal storage.
- Restore Factory Settings: Reset all settings to default values.
6. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners.
- Protect the device from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and high humidity.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
- Ensure the device is fully charged periodically, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
- Cannot record: Check if the storage is full. Ensure the record/save switch is in the correct position.
- Poor audio quality: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Enable noise reduction if in a noisy environment. Check bitrate settings.
- Device unresponsive: Try pressing and holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) to force a restart. If issues persist, consider a factory reset (note: this will erase all data).
- Cannot connect to computer/phone: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected. Try a different USB port or cable. For phone connection, ensure your phone supports OTG and the OTG adapter is correctly used.
