2.1 How to Download the Companion App

4. Maintenance

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

• Headphone Charging: The red light on the earbuds stays on during charging and turns off once fully charged.
• Charging Case: The charging case display screen shows the battery level. When fully charged, the screen will show 100%. After the charging status is displayed, the screen will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds of inactivity. Sliding the screen can reactivate it.

4.2 Water Resistance

The earbuds feature IPX5 water resistance. A fully sealed acoustic chamber with nano waterproof coating protects internal components from water damage. Avoid submerging the earbuds in water.

5.1 Clear Bluetooth Pairing History

If both earbuds cannot be paired, you may need to clear the Bluetooth pairing history. To do this, ensure all connected devices are disconnected, then tap both the left and right earphones 5 times simultaneously.

5.2 Resetting the Earphones

If the earphones fail to pair or reconnect to each other, reset them by tapping both earphones five times simultaneously. Note that resetting the earphones will clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
