2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:
- LYNcast X7 Projector
- Remote Controller
- Power Adapter (US Plug)
- User Manual (this document)
2.2 Physical Placement
The LYNcast X7 features a 230° free projection design, allowing for versatile placement. You can project onto walls, screens, or even the ceiling. Consider the following for optimal viewing:
- Projection Distance: The projector has a 1.08:1 throw ratio. For example, to achieve a 160-inch screen, place the projector approximately 4 meters away from the projection surface.
- Screen Size: The projector supports projected dimensions from 40 to 200 inches.
- Stability: Place the projector on a stable, flat surface.

2.3 Power Connection
- Connect the provided power adapter to the 'POWER' port on the projector.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable AC power outlet.
- Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the projector or the power button on the remote control to turn on the device.
2.4 Initial Setup and AI Smart Adjustment
Upon first power-on, the projector will automatically initiate its AI Smart Adjustment Technology. This includes:

2.5 Network Connection
The LYNcast X7 supports Dual WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 for robust wireless connectivity.
- Navigate to the 'Settings' menu on the projector's interface.
- Select 'Network' or 'Wi-Fi' and choose your desired network. Enter the password if prompted.
- For Bluetooth devices, select 'Bluetooth' in the settings, enable it, and pair with your desired device (e.g., external speakers, headphones, or a smartphone for two-way connection).

3.1 Basic Navigation
Use the included remote controller to navigate the Android interface. The main screen provides access to pre-installed apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+, as well as a File Manager, ScreenCast, HDMI input, and Settings.
3.2 Connecting External Devices
The LYNcast X7 offers multiple ports for connecting various devices:
- HDMI: Connect gaming consoles (Xbox/PS5), laptops, PCs, DVD players, or TV sticks for high-definition video and audio.
- USB: Plug in USB flash drives for direct media playback or connect other USB-compatible accessories.

- AV: For older devices requiring analog video input.

3.3 Screen Mirroring/Casting
Utilize the 'ScreenCast' feature to mirror content from your smartphone or tablet directly to the projector. Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for seamless casting.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Lens
Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently wipe the projector lens. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could scratch or damage the lens.
4.2 Ventilation
Ensure the projector's ventilation grilles are clear of obstructions to prevent overheating. Do not place the projector in enclosed spaces or cover the vents during operation.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 No Image / Blurry Image
- Check power connections and ensure the projector is turned on.
- Verify the input source is correctly selected (e.g., HDMI 1, USB).
- Allow the Auto Focus feature to run. If still blurry, manually adjust focus via settings.
- Ensure the projection surface is flat and clear of obstructions.
5.2 No Sound
- Check the volume level on the projector and any connected external audio devices.
- Ensure external speakers are properly connected and powered on if used.
- If using Bluetooth audio, ensure the device is correctly paired and selected as the audio output.
5.3 Remote Control Not Responding
- Check and replace the batteries in the remote control.
