6. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the device is fully charged using the provided Type-C cable.
  • GPS not acquiring signal quickly: To achieve 5-second positioning, ensure the latest AGNSS data is synchronized. Power on/off the CC700 Pro near the same location and maintain an open area for operation. AGNSS data is valid for 14 days.
  • Map navigation issues: Ensure the device has sufficient storage (8GB) for country maps. If experiencing route recalculation issues, verify the device is connected to the designated app.
  • Map movement/zoom: The map can be moved using finger gestures on the touchscreen, and you can tap to zoom in and out.
  • Internet connection required? An internet connection (Wi-Fi) is required for initial setup, downloading map data, syncing ride history, and updating ephemeris data. It is not required for basic ride tracking once maps and data are downloaded.
  • Sensors not connecting: Ensure sensors are active, have fresh batteries, and are within range. Check the device's sensor pairing menu.
  • Data not syncing to third-party platforms: Ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi and linked to the designated app for data analysis. Data can be exported as FIT files for platforms like Strava and TrainingPeaks.
