5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To clean the dartboard, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the electronic components and surface finish.
5.2 Dart Care
Regularly inspect the soft tips of your darts for wear or damage. Replace worn tips promptly to ensure accurate scoring and prevent damage to the dartboard segments. Store darts in the integrated storage slots when not in use.
5.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the batteries frequently. Recharge the dartboard when the low battery indicator appears. If storing the dartboard for an extended period, ensure it is partially charged (around 50%) and recharge it every few months.
6. Troubleshooting
- Dart not registering: Ensure the soft tip is not bent or broken. Try throwing the dart with more force. If the issue persists, the segment sensor might be obstructed or damaged.
- Display issues: If the LED display is dim or flickering, check the battery level and recharge if necessary. If the display is unresponsive, try turning the dartboard off and on again.
- Power issues: If the dartboard does not turn on, ensure it is charged. If it still doesn't power on, try connecting it directly to a power source with the Type-C cable.
- Voice prompts not working: Check the volume setting using the VOLUME button. Ensure the language is set correctly.
- Darts bouncing out frequently: Ensure you are using soft-tipped darts. The dartboard's design is intended to minimize bounce-outs, but excessive force or damaged tips can still cause them.
