1. Safety Information

▲ Warnings:

  • Always read this manual thoroughly before using the device. Improper operation may lead to product damage or serious injury.

  • Keep long hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other body parts away from air ducts and moving parts.
  • Do not insert metal shavings, needles, wires, or other objects into the device openings to prevent electric shock and accidental injury.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the device unless you are a qualified technical professional.
  • Unplug the device from the power outlet if it will not be used for a long time to prevent power leakage, short circuits, fire, and other malfunctions.
  • If any abnormalities occur during use, immediately turn off the power and contact our after-sales service.
  • Promptly clean the dirty water tank after use to maintain clean ventilation ducts and prevent blockages, which can lead to reduced suction power, motor overheating, and shortened device lifespan.
  • Store the device in a dry place after use. Damp environments can affect insulation and the lifespan of electrical components.
  • Parts of the device located above the logo and base, which contain electrical components, must not be immersed in water or rinsed.
  • Regularly check the floor brush elbow for debris. If blockages are found, use the multi-functional brush to clean it promptly to prevent blockages and reduced suction power.
  • Ensure the device is turned off before replacing the roller brush.
  • When using the device, add only the detergent provided or recommended by our company. Follow the specified proportions to avoid excessive foam, which can enter the motor and shorten its lifespan.
  • All technologies and data in this manual are based on tests conducted by our company or designated third-party testing organizations. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.

▲ Safe disposal methods for used batteries:

  • The device's built-in battery contains materials harmful to the environment. When disposing of the device, the battery must be removed.
  • The device must be turned off before removing the battery.
  • Please dispose of used batteries safely and correctly; do not discard them in fire, water, or soil.
  • If a used battery leaks and comes into contact with skin or clothing, rinse the affected area with clean water to avoid skin irritation, and seek medical attention immediately.

The UWANT D500 is a versatile wet and dry vacuum cleaner designed for comprehensive floor cleaning. It features powerful suction, AI self-cleaning, and hot air drying.

2.1 Main Components

2.2 LED Display and Controls

The device features an LED display and voice prompts to provide real-time information and guidance during operation.

The LED display shows:

  • Battery level
  • Cleaning mode (Smart, MAX, Dry)
  • Electrolyzed Clean status
  • Error indicators

Voice prompts provide alerts for low battery, full dirty water tank, and other operational statuses.

3. Setup

3.1 Handle Installation

  1. Insert the end of the handle vertically into the port of the main unit until you hear a click. Ensure the handle is firmly installed and does not wobble.
  2. To remove the handle, insert a hard object into the hole as shown in the diagram, press the pin, and simultaneously pull the handle upwards.

Note: Do not remove the sticker from the handle hole.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Initial Preparation

  1. Before first use, ensure the vacuum cleaner is charged. If the battery is low, charge the device fully (refer to charging instructions for details).
  2. By default, the Smart mode is activated upon powering on. You can switch to the appropriate mode depending on the cleaning situation.
  3. To change voice prompts: Press and hold the voice button for 4 seconds to enter the voice change function. The three mode indicators will flash, voice playback will pause, and other functions will operate as usual. Press the voice button repeatedly to cycle through different language voice prompts.

4.2 Adding Clean Water

  1. Press the water tank release button to remove the clean/dirty water tank assembly.
  2. Open the water filling cap and pour in clean water.
  3. Securely close the water filling cap to ensure it is sealed and not loose.
  4. Reinstall the water tank assembly into the main unit until it clicks into place.

4.3 Starting Operation and Mode Selection

  1. Press the power button to turn on the device. By default, the Smart mode is activated.
  2. Press the 'Mode' button to cycle through cleaning modes:
    • **Smart Mode**: For general cleaning of hair, dust, and food crumbs.
    • **MAX Mode**: For stubborn stains, sauces, spills, and grease.
    • **Dry Mode**: For dry vacuuming of hair, dust, and water puddles.
  3. The device can be used in a horizontal position for cleaning under furniture (e.g., tables, beds).

4.4 Water Flow Settings

The UWANT D500 offers three water flow settings to suit different floor types and cleaning needs:

  • **High Mode**: For eliminating stubborn dirt and heavy stains.
  • **Medium Mode**: Ideal for ceramic tiles and hard surfaces.
  • **Low Mode**: Gentle cleaning for wooden floors.

Press the water flow button on the handle to switch between these settings.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Main Unit Body

  1. Ensure the device is turned off before cleaning.
  2. Wipe the device body with water or a neutral detergent. Wring out the cloth thoroughly before use to prevent water from entering the device.

5.2 Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank

  1. When the dirty water tank is full or the device is off, remove the dirty water tank assembly.
  2. Hold the dirty water tank with one hand and remove the filter basket for draining with the other.
  3. Rinse the dirty water tank with clean water and cleaning agents.
  4. Clean the filter basket and HEPA filter.
  5. After the filter basket cover and HEPA filter are dry, reassemble them and reinstall them into the main unit.

5.3 Cleaning the Dirty Water Sensor

  1. If the sensor is blocked or the device is off, remove the dirty water tank assembly.
  2. Use the provided cleaning tool and clean water to clean the dirty water pipes and HEPA filter.
  3. After cleaning, reinstall the sensor into the dirty water tank.

5.4 Self-Cleaning Function

  1. After use, place the device back on the smart base.
  2. Ensure the clean water tank is sufficiently filled and the dirty water tank is empty.
  3. The device will automatically start self-cleaning after 10 seconds. You can also press the self-cleaning button to manually start the process.
  4. After the roller brush cleaning is complete, the device will automatically switch to drying mode.
  5. Drying time is approximately ≤60 minutes. If you remove the device during drying, the process will stop, and you can use the device as usual.
  6. After self-cleaning is complete, please clean the dirty water tank.

5.5 Cleaning the Water Collection Port

  1. After removing the transparent roller brush window, press the roller brush release button and follow the arrow to remove the roller brush.
  2. Rinse the suction port with clean water.
  3. After cleaning, reinstall the roller brush and the transparent roller brush window into the device.

Note: Regularly clean debris from the roller brush using the cleaning tool to prevent affecting cleaning efficiency.

5.6 Cleaning the Smart Base

  • Wipe with a paper towel or damp cloth.

Note: The upper part of the device with the logo and the base, which contain electrical components, cannot be immersed in water or rinsed. The lower part of the device with the logo, the floor brush, and the base station tray can be rinsed directly but cannot be immersed in water.
