Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For the stainless steel band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying.
- Water Resistance: This watch is 30M (3ATM) water resistant. This means it is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing, sweating, and rain. It is NOT suitable for showering, swimming, diving, or any activities involving submersion in water or exposure to high-pressure water jets. Do not press any buttons while the watch is wet or submerged.
- Battery Replacement: The watch uses a CR2016 battery. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it's time to replace the battery. It is recommended to have battery replacement performed by a professional watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep the watch away from harsh chemicals, solvents, and detergents, as these can damage the case, band, or internal components.
- Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and movement accuracy.

Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the CR2016 battery.
- Time is inaccurate: The watch may need to be reset or the battery is low. Follow the time setting instructions. If the issue persists after battery replacement, consult a technician.
- Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not wet. If it is dry and buttons are still unresponsive, try resetting the watch by removing and reinserting the battery (professional assistance recommended).
- Water inside the watch: If you notice condensation or water droplets inside the watch, stop using it immediately and take it to a professional watch repair service. This indicates a breach in water resistance.
User Tips
- Water Resistance Clarification: While rated 30M, this watch is best suited for splashes and brief exposure to water. Avoid prolonged submersion or activities like swimming or showering to prevent water damage.
- Button Operation: Familiarize yourself with the feel and function of each button. The 'SET' button is primarily for adjusting values, while the 'MODE' button cycles through functions and sometimes confirms settings.
- Battery Life: To maximize battery life, avoid excessive use of the EL backlight.
