9. Troubleshooting

9.1 Phone Does Not Turn On After Charging

Q: Does the phone not turn on after charging?

A: If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power will also be consumed by itself. If it cannot be turned on, you need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours first. Please use the charging cable configured with this product and a charger that supports 5V1A to charge the mobile phone.

9.2 No Signal or Emergency Dialing Only

Q: Why does my phone show no signal or only emergency dialing?

A: This phone can only use 2G GSM network. If the phone displays emergency dialing and there is no signal, it means that the SIM card you are using does not support the 2G GSM network frequency band. Please ensure your SIM card is compatible with 2G GSM networks, especially in regions where 2G networks are being phased out (e.g., South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Israel).

  • Memory Expansion: Install a TF (memory) card before extensive use to ensure sufficient storage for photos, videos, and other files, as the operating system occupies part of the internal memory.
