Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- Q: How to use a single earphone?
- A: After connecting normally to the phone, simply take out one earphone and close the case to use a single earphone.
- Q: How to switch pairing devices?
- A: Follow these steps:
- Open the lid of the charging case without removing the earbuds.
- Press and hold the multifunction button on the back of the charging case for 3 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately. The earbuds will enter pairing mode.
- Q: Why do the headphones keep playing while in the charging case?
- A: To improve user experience and shorten the time for the earbuds to reconnect to the phone, this product is designed to turn on automatically when the case is opened, and the earbuds will reconnect almost instantly when taken out. Therefore, if you put the earbuds back in the case without closing the lid, they will remain on and continue playing, without entering charging mode. It is recommended to close the lid when not in use to prevent loss.
- Q: How to deal with the earbuds not charging after long-term use?
- A: During use, dirt can accumulate on the earphone's contacts. If the earbuds aren't charging, simply clean the contact point on the earphone handle.
- Q: Other quick answers!
- A: If you have any other questions during use, please contact our online customer service, we will be happy to assist you!
