1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing

Your SERVO F27 PRO package includes the following items:

• 1x Phone (including battery)
• 1x Type-C Cable
• 1x User manual
• 1x Card Removal Pin
• 1x HD Protective Film

1.2 Charging & Battery

To charge your device, use the original Type-C charging cable provided. It is recommended to use a 5V/2A power adapter. Do not use an adapter with a voltage exceeding 5V.

If the device fails to power on after prolonged storage, charge it for more than 4 hours to activate the battery. The operating temperature range for charging is 5°C to 45°C.

1.3 SIM Card Installation

The SERVO F27 PRO supports two Nano SIM cards and one TF memory card. To install, locate the SIM card slot on the side of the phone. Use the provided card removal pin to eject the tray. Carefully place your Nano SIM cards and TF card into the designated slots, then reinsert the tray into the phone.

Important: Do not use self-cut SIM cards or SIM cards from Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) to avoid damaging the phone. Some SIM cards may require VoLTE service to be activated; please consult your network operator.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Unlocking & Navigation

To unlock the device, you can either swipe the screen or simultaneously press the top-left side button and the '*' key. The phone features a 3.5-inch HD touch screen and physical buttons for navigation.

2.2 Calls & Messaging

The phone supports quick dialing. You can assign frequently contacted numbers to one of the number keys (2 through 9) as a shortcut. Once successfully added, long-press the corresponding number key to make a call. During a call or while using multimedia functions, press the '*' and '#' keys to adjust the volume. While editing a message, press the '#' key to toggle between input methods on the physical keyboard.

2.3 Camera

The SERVO F27 PRO is equipped with dual cameras: a 2 MP front camera and a 5 MP rear camera. These are sufficient for taking videos and selfies, capturing scenery, food, and other moments.

2.4 Internet & Connectivity

The phone supports 4G LTE high-speed network, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It also features GPS for navigation. The dual SIM card slots allow for dual card dual standby, ensuring smooth communication.

2.5 Multimedia & Apps

The SERVO F27 PRO supports audio and video playback, and includes an FM radio function. It comes with Android 11.0 and has the Google Play Store built-in, allowing you to install various apps.

2.6 Flashlight

The device includes a built-in flashlight. You can activate it with a single click for convenience in low-light conditions.

3. Maintenance

3.1 System Settings

You can adjust language and input methods under 'Settings' > 'System'. To manage background applications, long-press the Back key to clear all background programs at once.

3.2 Factory Reset

If incorrect settings cause issues, you can reset the device to its factory defaults via 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Reset Options' > 'Erase All Data (Factory Reset)'.

3.3 Safety Precautions

• Avoid exposing the device to high temperatures or humid environments to prevent damage.
• Do not scratch the screen with sharp objects.
• Avoid water exposure and dropping the phone.
• Refrain from installing applications from untrusted sources to prevent viruses or information leakage.

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Phone Not Turning On After Charging

If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power may be consumed. If it cannot be turned on, you need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours first. Please use the charging cable configured with this product and a charger that supports 5V1A to charge the mobile phone.

4.2 Network Frequency Band Issues

Due to network frequency band differences, the mobile phone may not be used normally in certain countries/regions such as Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania, and Australia. Please verify compatibility before use.

7. User Tips

• Initial Charging: For first use or after prolonged storage, charge the phone for 3-5 hours using a 5V/1A charger to ensure the battery is fully activated.
• VoLTE Activation: If you experience issues with calls, check with your network provider to ensure VoLTE service is activated for your SIM card.
• Optimal Charging: Always use the original charging cable and a 5V/2A power adapter for efficient and safe charging.
• Background Apps: To improve performance, long-press the Back key to clear all background applications regularly.
