4. Setup Guide

4.1. Charging & Battery

• Use the original charging cable with a 5V/2A power adapter. Do not use an adapter with a voltage exceeding 5V.
• If the device does not power on after prolonged storage, charge it for more than 4 hours to activate the battery.
• The operating temperature range is 5°C to 45°C.
• This product does not include a power adapter; it must be purchased separately.

4.2. SIM Card Installation

• Please use a Nano SIM card. Avoid using self-cut SIM cards or SIM cards from Mobile Virtual Network Operators to prevent damage to the phone.
• Some SIM cards may require VoLTE service to be activated; please consult your network operator.
• The phone supports dual SIM dual standby.

5.1. Unlocking & Basic Operation

• Unlocking Methods: Swipe the screen or press the top-left side button and the '*' key simultaneously.
• Accessing Background Tasks: Long-press the Back key to clear all background applications at once.

• Adjusting Volume: Press the '*' and '#' keys during a call or while using multimedia functions.

• Speed Dial: Assign frequently contacted numbers to one of the number keys 2 through 9 as a shortcut. Once successfully added, long-press the corresponding number key to make a call.

Issue: The mobile phone does not turn on even after charging.
Solution: If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power will also be consumed by itself. You need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours first. Please use the charging cable configured with this product and a charger that supports 5V1A to charge the mobile phone.

11.2. Phone Not Reading SIM Card

Issue: The phone cannot read the SIM card.
Solution: Please consult your local network provider to see if the SIM card you are using matches the network frequency band supported by your phone. Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted into the card slot.
