The KUGOO M3 PRO is designed for urban mobility, featuring a powerful 600W brushless motor, a long-range 48V 13Ah battery, 10-inch pneumatic tires, and advanced safety features like dual braking and an integrated LED lighting system.

4. Setup and Initial Preparation

4.1 Unfolding the Scooter

  1. Place the scooter on a flat surface.
  2. Release the folding mechanism latch, usually located near the base of the handlebar stem.
  3. Carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into the upright position. Ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged.
  4. Adjust the handlebar height if applicable and secure it.

4.2 Checking Tire Pressure

The KUGOO M3 PRO is equipped with 10-inch pneumatic rubber tires. For optimal performance and safety, ensure the tire pressure is maintained at 50 PSI. Use a suitable pump with a pressure gauge to check and adjust the pressure before your first ride and periodically thereafter.

4.3 Initial Charging

Before your first ride, fully charge the scooter's battery. The charging time is approximately 9 hours with the included charger. The charger input is 100-240V and output is 54.6V, 1.5A.

  1. Locate the charging port on the scooter.
  2. Connect the charger to the charging port.
  3. Plug the charger into a power outlet.
  4. The indicator light on the charger will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
  5. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the handlebar display to turn the scooter on or off. The LED display will illuminate upon powering on.

5.2 NFC Smart Unlocking

The M3 PRO supports NFC unlocking for easy access and anti-theft security. To unlock, simply tap one of the provided NFC cards against the designated NFC reader area on the display panel.

5.3 Speed Modes

The scooter offers three adjustable speed modes to suit different riding conditions and preferences:

  • Eco Mode: Up to 22 km/h
  • Sport Mode: Up to 35 km/h
  • Race Mode: Up to 46 km/h (Max Speed)

You can switch between these modes using the control button on the handlebar. The current speed mode will be indicated on the LED display.

5.4 Braking System

The M3 PRO is equipped with a comprehensive braking system for confident and safer rides:

  • Electric Brake: Engaged by the throttle lever.
  • Front and Rear Disc Brakes: Operated by brake levers on the handlebar.

Always use both braking systems simultaneously for maximum stopping power and control, especially at higher speeds or in emergency situations.

5.5 LED Lighting System

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean your scooter with a damp cloth. Do not use high-pressure water jets or corrosive cleaning agents, as this can damage electrical components and bearings. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed during cleaning.

6.2 Battery Care

  • Charge the battery fully after each use, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.
  • Avoid completely draining the battery, as this can reduce its lifespan.
  • Store the scooter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • The battery has a protection system and a waterproof level of IP65.

6.3 Tire Maintenance
