4. Setup and Initial Preparation
4.1 Unfolding the Scooter
- Place the scooter on a flat surface.
- Release the folding mechanism latch, usually located near the base of the handlebar stem.
- Carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into the upright position. Ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged.
- Adjust the handlebar height if applicable and secure it.

4.2 Checking Tire Pressure
The KUGOO M3 PRO is equipped with 10-inch pneumatic rubber tires. For optimal performance and safety, ensure the tire pressure is maintained at 50 PSI. Use a suitable pump with a pressure gauge to check and adjust the pressure before your first ride and periodically thereafter.

4.3 Initial Charging
Before your first ride, fully charge the scooter's battery. The charging time is approximately 9 hours with the included charger. The charger input is 100-240V and output is 54.6V, 1.5A.
- Locate the charging port on the scooter.
- Connect the charger to the charging port.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
- The indicator light on the charger will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button on the handlebar display to turn the scooter on or off. The LED display will illuminate upon powering on.
5.2 NFC Smart Unlocking
The M3 PRO supports NFC unlocking for easy access and anti-theft security. To unlock, simply tap one of the provided NFC cards against the designated NFC reader area on the display panel.
