3. Product Diagram

3.1. Key Components (Refer to P1 in Figure 3.1)
- Paper Replacement Button: Press simultaneously to open the cover for paper replacement.
- USB Data Cable Port: Used for charging and wired connection to a computer.
- Power Button:
- Long press for 2 seconds to turn the printer on/off.
- Double press to print the QR code for connecting the device.
- Single press to terminate printing.
- Power Indicator Light Status:

4. Setup
4.1. Charging Instructions (Refer to P3 in Figure 3.1)
- Use a 5V-2A power adapter to charge the printer. A standard mobile phone charger is recommended.
- For optimal performance and battery longevity, fully charge the device before its first use or after long periods of storage.
- To prevent battery damage, recharge the device every 3 months if it has not been used for an extended period.
4.2. Paper Installation
4.2.1. Roll Paper Installation (Refer to P3 in Figure 3.1)
- Press the paper replacement buttons simultaneously to open the printer cover.
- Place the thermal paper roll into the designated slot.
- Close the printer cover firmly until it clicks into place.
4.2.2. Folded Paper Installation Guide (Refer to P3 in Figure 3.1)
Please ensure there is no roll paper inside the printer when using folded paper.
- Ensure the printer cover is closed.
- Identify the print side of the paper (usually the back side for thermal paper).
- Tear off the paper along the dotted line if applicable.
- Feed the paper into the printer's paper slot.
- The printer will automatically pull the paper in.
4.2.3. Paper Holder Installation/Removal (Refer to P4 in Figure 3.1)
The printer supports a printing width of 58mm to 216mm. Adjust the internal paper holder guides to match the width of your paper. Gently push or pull the guides to the desired position.



5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Mobile App Printing (Bluetooth)
The printer supports wireless printing via a dedicated mobile application. Follow these steps:
- Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer.
- Search for and download the official app, "HYprint," from your mobile app store (Google Play or App Store).
- Open the "HYprint" app. On the app homepage, click "Connect to Printer" in the upper right corner.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth function. Double-click the printer's power button to print a QR code for connection. Scan this QR code with the app to connect. Note: Do not attempt to connect the printer directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Within the application, select and edit the content you wish to print (documents, photos, webpages, tattoo designs), confirm your settings, and initiate printing.

5.2. Computer Printing (USB)
For wired printing from your computer, follow these steps:
- Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer.
- Connect the printer to your computer using the original USB-C cable.
- Visit the official HZTZ website (refer to the manual for the exact URL) to download and install the appropriate printer driver for your operating system (Windows/Mac OS).
- Once the driver is installed, open the document you wish to print. Select the HZTZ A4 Thermal Printer from your printer options and initiate printing.
5.3. Printing Examples
