Problem Possible Cause Solution
Incubator not powering on Power cord disconnected, power outlet fault, internal fuse blown. Check power connections. Test outlet with another device. Contact support if issue persists.
Temperature fluctuations Room temperature instability, incubator door not sealed properly, sensor issue. Ensure stable room temperature. Check door seal (Velcro). Contact support if sensor is suspected.
Humidity too low/high Water tank empty/overfilled, floating ball stuck, ventilation issues. Check water level in tank. Ensure floating ball moves freely. Verify ventilation ports are clear.
Eggs not turning Egg turning motor fault, eggs improperly placed. Ensure eggs are correctly seated in trays. If automatic turning fails, contact support.
