This manual provides important information regarding the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new Double Burner Electric Stove. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and keep it for future reference.

The electric stove features two independent heating zones, offering a total power output of 2500W (1000W + 1500W). It is designed for versatile cooking tasks such as boiling, stewing, and stir-frying, making it suitable for various environments including home kitchens, camping, RVs, and dormitories.

Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions.

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.

  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Due to the structure of the infrared hotplate, a certain residual heat remains after switching off. Do not touch it immediately. This residual heat can be used to keep food warm for a short time.
  • Smoking during the first use is normal and due to the protective coating on the heating elements burning off. Ensure good ventilation.

The Double Burner Electric Stove is a compact and portable cooking solution. It features two heating elements, individual knob controls for each, and an indicator light.

Setup

  1. **Unpacking**: Carefully remove the electric stove from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or return if necessary.
  2. **Placement**: Place the stove on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not place it too close to walls or other heat-sensitive materials.
  3. **Power Connection**: Ensure the voltage of your power outlet matches the appliance's requirements (220-240V, 50-60HZ). Plug the EU standard power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

  5. **Initial Use**: During the first use, a small amount of smoke may be emitted. This is normal and is due to the protective coating on the heating elements burning off. Ensure good ventilation during this initial period.

Operating Instructions

  1. **Place Cookware**: Place your desired pot or pan on one of the heating elements. The stove is compatible with most types of pots, including pans, stainless steel pots, ceramic pots, and kettles.

  3. **Select Heating Zone**: Each heating element has its own control knob. You can use one or both heating zones simultaneously.
  4. **Adjust Temperature**: Turn the corresponding control knob to select one of the 6 adjustable heat levels. The temperature range is approximately 100-250℃ (212-482℉).
    • MIN: Low heat, suitable for simmering or keeping food warm.
    • OFF: Turns off the heating element.
    • Intermediate settings: For various cooking needs like boiling, frying, or stewing.
    • MAX: High heat for rapid boiling or searing.
  5. **Indicator Light**: The indicator light will illuminate when the heating element is active. When the light is off, it means the machine is not actively heating, but residual heat may still be present.
  6. **Cooking**: Monitor your food as it cooks. Adjust the temperature as needed.
  7. **Finish Cooking**: Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. **Cool Down**: Always allow the electric stove to cool completely before cleaning. The heating elements retain residual heat after being turned off.
  2. **Disconnect Power**: Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  3. **Cleaning Surfaces**: The smooth surface of the stove can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent.
