Setup

1. **Unpacking**: Carefully remove the electric stove from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or return if necessary.

Operating Instructions

1. **Place Cookware**: Place your desired pot or pan on one of the heating elements. The stove is compatible with most types of pots, including pans, stainless steel pots, ceramic pots, and kettles.

2. **Select Heating Zone**: Each heating element has its own control knob. You can use one or both heating zones simultaneously.
3. **Adjust Temperature**: Turn the corresponding control knob to select one of the 6 adjustable heat levels. The temperature range is approximately 100-250℃ (212-482℉).
   • MIN: Low heat, suitable for simmering or keeping food warm.
   • OFF: Turns off the heating element.
   • Intermediate settings: For various cooking needs like boiling, frying, or stewing.
   • MAX: High heat for rapid boiling or searing.
4. **Indicator Light**: The indicator light will illuminate when the heating element is active. When the light is off, it means the machine is not actively heating, but residual heat may still be present.
5. **Cooking**: Monitor your food as it cooks. Adjust the temperature as needed.
6. **Finish Cooking**: Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob to the "OFF" position. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. **Cool Down**: Always allow the electric stove to cool completely before cleaning. The heating elements retain residual heat after being turned off.
