6.1 One-Touch Self-Cleaning

The LS200 features a convenient one-touch self-cleaning function for the roller brush:

  1. After cleaning, place the main unit back onto the charging base.
  2. Ensure the device is correctly installed on its base and the battery level is above 10%.
  3. Press the self-clean button (often indicated by a circular arrow icon) on the handle.
  4. The device will initiate a 2-4 minute express cycle of ultra-fast rotation and pure water rinsing to clean the roller.
  5. This process helps to free your hands from manual cleaning and prevents dirt and unpleasant odors.

6.2 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

It is crucial to empty the dirty water tank after each use to prevent odors and maintain hygiene:

  1. Remove the dirty water tank from the main unit.
  2. Carefully pour out the dirty water.
  3. Rinse the tank with clean water and allow it to air dry before reinstalling.

6.3 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain optimal suction performance:

  1. Remove the HEPA filter from the dirty water tank.
  2. Tap the filter gently to remove loose dust and debris.
  3. If necessary, rinse the filter under running water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling to prevent mold growth and damage to the vacuum.

6.4 Cleaning the Roller Brush

While the self-cleaning function is effective, occasional manual cleaning of the roller brush may be necessary:

  1. Remove the roller brush from the vacuum head.
  2. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any tangled hair or stubborn debris.
  3. Rinse the roller brush under running water if needed and allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Lefant LS200, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Power/Does Not Turn On: Ensure the battery is fully charged and the unit is correctly placed on the charging base. Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the base and the wall outlet.
  • Weak Suction: Check if the dirty water tank is full and needs emptying. Inspect the roller brush and suction path for any blockages. Clean or replace the HEPA filter if it is clogged.
  • Water Leaking: Ensure both the clean and dirty water tanks are correctly installed and their seals are intact. Do not overfill the clean water tank.
  • Roller Brush Not Rotating: Check for any obstructions or tangled hair around the roller brush. Ensure the roller brush is correctly installed.
  • Unpleasant Odor: Empty and thoroughly clean the dirty water tank and roller brush after each use. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembly.
  • Voice Assistant Not Working: Check the device settings for voice assistant activation. Ensure the volume is not muted.

If the problem persists, please contact customer support for further assistance.

8. User Tips

  • For best results, pre-vacuum large debris before using the wet-dry function on heavily soiled areas.
  • Always use cold or lukewarm water in the clean water tank. Avoid hot water as it can damage components.
  • Regularly check and clean the HEPA filter to maintain optimal air quality and suction power.
  • Store the vacuum cleaner on its charging base in an upright position to ensure it's always ready for use.
  • When cleaning along edges, move the vacuum slowly to allow the edge cleaning roller to effectively pick up debris.
