8. Troubleshooting
- Device restarts frequently: Ensure you are using the provided 3A car charger. Insufficient power supply can cause instability.
- Phone disconnects from CarPlay/Android Auto: This can happen with some Android phones or if too many Bluetooth devices are connected. Try clearing old Bluetooth connection records on your phone and the device.
- Poor video recording quality: Verify that your Micro SD card is a Class 10 U1 or higher from a reputable brand. A low-quality or slow card can affect recording stability.
- No sound from monitor with FM Transmit on: This is normal. When FM Transmit is active, audio is routed to your car's speakers. Turn off FM Transmit or tune your car radio to the set FM frequency to hear audio.
- Mirror Link not working for certain apps: Some applications on your phone may not support screen mirroring due to content protection or compatibility issues.
9. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and device body. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for extended periods.
- Storage: If storing the device for a long time, remove the Micro SD card and store it separately.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check for firmware updates in the device settings to ensure optimal performance and new features.
- Memory Card: Regularly format your Micro SD card (e.g., once a month) to prevent data corruption and ensure smooth recording. Back up important videos before formatting.
10. Warranty and Support
