1. Product Overview

2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Connection

3.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the Type-C end to the headset's charging port and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.

3.2 Attaching the Microphone

Insert the detachable microphone into the designated port on the left earcup until it clicks into place. The microphone can be rotated 360° and adjusted for optimal positioning (15°-90° pitch adjustment).

3.3 Connection Modes

The iKF V11 Max supports three connection methods:

3.3.1 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (USB Dongle)

This mode offers ultra-low latency (as low as 12ms) for gaming. The USB wireless dongle is conveniently stored in a hidden compartment on the headset.

  1. Locate the hidden receiver compartment on the headset (refer to Figure 3.2). Gently open it to retrieve the 2.4GHz USB dongle.
  2. Plug the USB dongle (Type-A or Type-C) into a compatible USB port on your PC, laptop, PS4/PS5, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch.
  3. Power on the headset. It should automatically connect to the dongle. The headset will enter 2.4G mode.

3.3.2 Bluetooth Connection

This mode is ideal for mobile devices, tablets, and other Bluetooth-enabled systems.

  1. Power on the headset.
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (refer to the 'Controls' section for button layout) until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for "iKF V11 Max" in the list of available devices.
  4. Select the headset to pair. Once connected, the LED indicator will show a steady light.

3.3.3 Wired Connection

For a stable, zero-latency connection, use the provided 3.5mm audio cable.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's audio input port.
  2. Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device (PC, laptop, console controller, etc.).
  3. The headset will automatically switch to wired mode.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls

  • Power On: Long press the Power button for 2 seconds.

  • Answer/Hang Up Call: Single click the Power button.
  • Reject Call: Long press the Power button.
  • Volume Up (+): Scroll the volume wheel upwards.

  • Previous Track: Double click the Power button.
  • Next Track: Triple click the Power button.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Sound or Distorted Audio

  • Check Volume: Ensure the headset's volume wheel is turned up and your device's volume is not muted.
  • Connection: Verify the headset is properly connected via 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, or wired mode. Try re-pairing Bluetooth or re-inserting the USB dongle/audio cable.
