  • This product is a Linux System radio, not an Android system. It primarily adds CarPlay and Android Auto functions. It does not support the Google Play Store for downloading apps like YouTube.
  • The radio does not include a rear camera or external microphone in the standard kit. These must be ordered additionally if required.

4.1 Initial Configuration Steps

  1. After installation, if the original car screen shows black or "no signal", navigate to: Setup > About > Factory setting (8888) > Audi Setting > Car type.
  2. Choose the correct option according to your original screen size. This will allow you to enter the Audi system menu.
  3. The factory setting code for the radio is 8888.

4.2 Audio Configuration

  • If there is no sound from the radio, you need to enter the Audi menu and set the sound source to AUX.
  • If your car does not have an AUX port but has an AMI port, you will need to order an additional AMI cable. Plug this cable into your car's AMI port and then set the sound source from AMI.
  • If your car has neither AUX nor AMI, please confirm compatibility with the seller before placing an order.

4.3 Required Additional Cables

  • Airbag Cable: If your car has an airbag button, an airbag cable is required for installation. This cable is not included in the kit and needs to be ordered separately.
  • AMI Cable: As mentioned above, if your car has an AMI port but no AUX, an AMI cable is needed for audio. This cable is not included in the kit and needs to be ordered separately.
