- UPS Power Failure Protection: In case of a power outage, the built-in battery allows the robot to remain adhered to the glass for approximately 30 minutes, emitting an alarm to alert you.
- Safety Rope: Always attach the provided high-tensile strength safety rope to a secure anchor point before operating the robot. This rope can withstand up to 100kg of tensile force, preventing falls in critical situations.
- Anti-Slip Climbing System: High-durability tank treads provide non-slip performance even on wet or dusty glass. Externally positioned drive wheels and a three-point support crawler enhance stability.
- Optical-Mechanical Obstacle Avoidance: The S9 combines optical sensors and mechanical touch rebound sensing for smart risk detection and precise edge navigation, preventing collisions and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Automatic Pressure Compensation: The robot rapidly detects air leaks and replenishes pressure within 0.03 seconds to maintain safe adhesion to the glass.

5. Setup
- Prepare the Robot:
Ensure the robot is clean and the cleaning cloths are attached to the roller brushes. - Fill the Water Tank:
Open the water tank cap and use the provided water injection bottle to fill the 110ml tank with clean water or a suitable window cleaning solution. Close the cap securely.

- Connect Power:
Connect the power adapter to the robot and then plug it into a power outlet. The S9 features an innovative hybrid cable that integrates the power cord and safety rope to prevent tangling.

- Attach Safety Rope:
Securely fasten the safety rope to a sturdy object indoors, such as a heavy piece of furniture or a window frame anchor. - Place the Robot:
Place the robot onto the glass surface you wish to clean. Ensure it is firmly attached by pressing it against the glass. The powerful 9000Pa suction will engage automatically.

The Liectroux S9 offers flexible control options:
6.1. Using the Mobile App
Download the Tuya or Smart Life app on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your S9 robot. The app provides an intuitive interface for controlling the robot, selecting cleaning modes, and monitoring its progress.

6.2. Using the Remote Control
The included 2.4GHz wireless remote control allows for easy operation from up to 15 meters away without direction limitations. Use the directional buttons to guide the robot and select cleaning modes.

The S9 features four distinct cleaning modes:
- N-Shaped Cleaning Mode: Ideal for tall, narrow windows.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Liectroux S9:
- Cleaning Cloths: The S9 uses high-transmittance membrane constant-moisture cloths. After each use, remove the cleaning cloths from the roller brushes and wash them thoroughly. Replace them if they become worn or damaged. The package includes 4 cleaning cloths.

- Roller Brushes: Inspect the dual roller brushes regularly for any debris or entanglement. Clean them as needed to maintain effective scrubbing action.
- Water Tank: After use, empty any remaining water from the tank and allow it to air dry. If using cleaning solution, rinse the tank to prevent residue buildup.
- Robot Body: Wipe the robot's exterior with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or smudges. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the robot in water.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Liectroux S9, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Robot not adhering to glass:
- Ensure the glass surface is clean and free of excessive dust or moisture that could interfere with suction.
- Check if the power cable is securely connected and the robot is receiving power.
- Verify that the cleaning cloths are properly attached and not obstructing the suction area. - Robot not moving or moving erratically:
- Check for any obstructions on the glass surface or around the robot's movement paths.
- Ensure the cleaning cloths are not overly wet, which can reduce friction and movement.
- Restart the robot and try a different cleaning mode. - Water spray not working:
- Check if the water tank is filled.
- Ensure the spray nozzles are not clogged. Use the provided spray nozzle tool if necessary to clear any blockages. - Robot falls during operation:
- Immediately ensure the safety rope is securely fastened to prevent damage.
- This indicates a loss of suction. Check for air leaks around the cleaning cloths or any damage to the robot's suction mechanism. Contact support if the issue persists. - App connectivity issues:
- Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is enabled and the robot is within range.
- Restart both the robot and your smartphone. Re-pair the device if necessary.

- For best results, especially on very dirty windows, perform a dry cleaning cycle first to remove loose dirt, then follow with a wet cleaning cycle.
- Always ensure the safety rope is attached to a secure point before placing the robot on the window.
- Use distilled water or a recommended cleaning solution to prevent mineral buildup in the water tank and nozzles.
- Regularly clean the microfiber cloths to maintain their absorbency and cleaning effectiveness.
