Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding: Ensure the correct connectivity mode (2.4G, BT, Wired) is selected. Check battery level and charge if necessary. For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected.
  • 2.4GHz connection issues: Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port. Ensure no strong interference sources are nearby.
  • Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard.
  • Backlight not working or incorrect: Check FN key combinations for backlight control (brightness, mode, color). Ensure RGB is not turned off (FN + Backspace).
  • Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try removing and re-inserting the switch for that key, as it might not be seated correctly.
  • Software not detecting keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is connected via wired USB mode when using the programmable software.
