- Remove Switch: Use the switch puller to carefully grip the top and bottom clips of the switch and pull it straight up.
- Install New Switch: Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB. Gently push the switch down until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent.
- Install New Keycap: Place the new keycap onto the stem of the switch and press down firmly.

Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Ensure the correct connectivity mode (2.4G, BT, Wired) is selected. Check battery level and charge if necessary. For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected.
- 2.4GHz connection issues: Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port. Ensure no strong interference sources are nearby.
- Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard.
- Backlight not working or incorrect: Check FN key combinations for backlight control (brightness, mode, color). Ensure RGB is not turned off (FN + Backspace).
- Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try removing and re-inserting the switch for that key, as it might not be seated correctly.
- Software not detecting keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is connected via wired USB mode when using the programmable software.
