Operating Instructions
1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
The PD-JA66 delivers 6000A peak current, suitable for all gas engines and diesel engines up to 8.0L.
- Ensure Power: Confirm the jump starter has at least 50% battery charge.
- Connect Jumper Cables:
- Connect the red clamp of the smart jumper cable to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's dead battery.
- Connect the black clamp of the smart jumper cable to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's dead battery.
- Plug the smart jumper cable connector into the jump starter's port.
- Start Vehicle: Once connected, the smart jumper cable's indicator light will show readiness. Start your vehicle's engine.
- Disconnect: After the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the smart jumper cable from the jump starter, then remove the black clamp from the battery, followed by the red clamp.
2. Using the Air Compressor
The built-in air compressor provides a maximum pressure of 160 PSI and an airflow of 45L/Min, suitable for various inflation needs.
- Connect Air Hose: Screw the air pump hose onto the inflation port on the top of the jump starter.
- Attach Nozzle: Select the appropriate gas nozzle for your item (car tire, motorcycle tire, bicycle tire, ball) and attach it to the other end of the air pump hose.
- Power On & Select Mode: Turn on the jump starter. Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through preset inflation modes (Car, Motorcycle, Bike, Ball) or manually set the desired pressure using the '+' and '-' buttons. The 4-inch LCD will display the real-time pressure and selected mode.
- Start Inflation: Press the 'U' (Unit/Start) button to begin inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
- Disconnect: Disconnect the nozzle from the item and then the air hose from the jump starter.
3. Using as a Portable Power Bank
The PD-JA66 features a USB output port (5V/3A) for charging various electronic devices.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle won't jump start | Low battery on jump starter; incorrect cable connection; vehicle battery completely dead. | Ensure jump starter is over 50% charged. Check cable connections (red to +, black to -). If battery is severely damaged, professional assistance may be needed. |
| Air compressor not inflating | Hose not securely connected; incorrect pressure setting; item already at target pressure. | Ensure air hose and nozzle are tightly connected. Verify preset pressure is higher than current pressure. |
| Device not charging | Faulty Type-C cable; power adapter issue; device malfunction. | Try a different Type-C cable and power adapter. Contact support if issue persists. |
| Abnormal heating during use/charging | Overload; internal fault. | Immediately stop use/charging. Disconnect all cables. Keep away from flammable materials. Contact support. |
User Tips
- Check Battery Capacity: While the exact mAh capacity isn't always displayed, the LCD's battery level indicator is crucial. Always ensure sufficient charge for critical tasks like jump-starting.
- Pre-set Pressure: For tire inflation, utilize the pre-set pressure function to avoid over-inflation and ensure accuracy.
- Emergency Preparedness: Keep the device fully charged and stored in your vehicle for unexpected emergencies.
- Nozzle Organization: Store the various gas nozzles in the carrying case to prevent loss and ensure they are readily available.
