Installation
1. Mounting the Dash Cam
- Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
- Attach the suction cup bracket to the dash cam.
- Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and lock it in place. Ensure the dash cam has a clear view of the road ahead and the interior of the vehicle.
- Adjust the camera angle to capture the desired view.

2. Power Connection
Connect the power charger to the dash cam and plug it into your car's cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when the vehicle starts.
Important: The DVR is only compatible with cars that have a 12V power supply. A 24V power supply will burn the motherboard. If your vehicle uses 24V, please use a 24V to 12V converter (not included).
3. Rear Camera Installation (Optional)
If you have purchased a rear camera:
- Connect the rear camera cable to the main dash cam unit.
- Route the cable neatly along the car's headliner and pillars to the rear of the vehicle.
- Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield, ensuring a clear view.
4. Hardwire Kit Installation for 24H Parking Monitoring (Optional)
A hardwire kit is required for the 24-hour parking mode feature. This kit allows the dash cam to draw power directly from your car's fuse box, even when the ignition is off, without occupying the cigarette lighter interface.
- Locate your car's fuse box.
- Identify two fuse slots:
- One slot that provides constant power (always on). The YELLOW wire from the hardwire kit will connect here.
- One slot that provides power only when the ignition is in the ACC position (accessory power). The RED wire from the hardwire kit will connect here.
- Connect the BLACK wire from the hardwire kit to a grounding screw or bolt on the car''s chassis.
- Connect the hardwire kit's output to the dash cam's power input.

Operation
1. Inserting the Memory Card
Insert a Class 10 Micro SD card (16GB to 256GB, not included) into the dash cam's SD card slot. Ensure it is inserted correctly until it clicks into place.
Important: Use only high-quality Class 10 TF cards. Low-quality or low-speed cards may prevent the DVR from functioning normally.
2. Basic Recording
Once powered on, the dash cam will automatically start recording. The screen will display the live view from the cameras. Recordings are saved to the Micro SD card.
3. Loop Recording
The dash cam supports loop recording. When the memory card is full, it will automatically overwrite the oldest footage to ensure continuous recording. This feature ensures you never miss a moment due to a full memory card.

4. G-Sensor (Collision Detection)
The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When an event is detected, the dash cam automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical evidence is preserved.

5. Night Vision
The dash cam features advanced night vision capabilities, including an F1.6 aperture, 6-layer lens, and cabin IR light, to capture clear video even in low-light conditions.

6. Cabin IR Mode
When the interior camera sensor detects low light conditions, the B72P will automatically activate its IR light to capture clear video of the cabin interior.

7. 24-Hour Parking Mode (Requires Hardwire Kit)
With the hardwire kit connected, the dash cam can continue recording in time-lapse mode (e.g., 1 FPS) after your car is turned off. This provides continuous surveillance and protection against vandalism or hit-and-run incidents while parked.

8. WiFi & App Connectivity
Connect your dash cam to your smartphone via WiFi using the dedicated mobile application. The app allows you to:
- Preview live footage.
- Download recorded videos and photos to your phone.
- Edit recordings.
- Share content.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dash cam lens and screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the official Acceo website or app for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
- Memory Card: Format your Micro SD card regularly (e.g., once a month) within the dash cam's settings to maintain its performance and prevent data corruption. Replace the card if it shows signs of degradation or error.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the dash cam to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Dash cam does not power on or turns off unexpectedly.
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the car's power source.
- Verify the car's cigarette lighter socket is functioning.
- If using a hardwire kit, check all connections to the fuse box and ground.
- Confirm your car's power supply is 12V. If 24V, a converter is required.
- Video recording is choppy or shows errors.
- Ensure you are using a high-quality Class 10 Micro SD card. Lower class cards may not support 4K recording speeds.
- Format the Micro SD card within the dash cam's settings.
- Try a different, reputable brand of Class 10 Micro SD card.
- Rear camera is not working.
- Ensure the rear camera cable is securely connected to the main dash cam unit.
- Verify that you are using an original Acceo rear camera, as compatibility with third-party cameras is not guaranteed due to differing chipsets and sensors.
- WiFi connection issues.
- Ensure the dash cam's WiFi is enabled.
- Restart both the dash cam and your smartphone.
- Make sure your phone is within close proximity to the dash cam.
- Update the mobile application to the latest version.
- 24-hour parking mode is not active.
- Confirm that a hardwire kit is correctly installed and connected to both constant and ACC power sources in your fuse box.
- Check the dash cam's settings to ensure parking mode is enabled.
User Tips
- SD Card Quality is Key: Always invest in a high-quality, reputable brand Class 10 Micro SD card (U3 recommended for 4K recording) to avoid recording issues and ensure reliable performance.
- Original Accessories: For optimal performance and compatibility, especially with the rear camera, use original Acceo accessories.
- Power Source Awareness: The dash cam is designed for 12V car power. If your vehicle is 24V, a step-down converter is essential to prevent damage.
- Regular Formatting: To prolong the life of your SD card and prevent data corruption, format it monthly directly through the dash cam's menu.
